South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The stars in their orbits

Nadya wasn't one to eat raw meat; she detested the taste mostly, but felt that it only gave others a reason to saw her kind was more animal than human. However, Nadya watched the curious little fox in silence as she ate, scrutinizing every fleeting movement and tone of her voice. She could tell that Claire had incurred some form of trauma do to the way she hovered just out of reach and the way she kept a constant route of escape available. As a larger feline Nadya was a natural predator and it wasn't often she ever found herself in a situation that had her behaving like Claire. It certainly was curious though since she had done nothing to make Claire think that she would be a threat. "No, stay, the outskirts are public grounds for anyone to hunt and wander." Nadya quickly replied as the little fox made to leave.

In order to further put Claire at ease the large panther hunkered down more, her weight shifting as her front paws slowly adjusted to allow her form to lay on the ground though leaning onto her side due to her rounded stomach. Perhaps it was just a size thing making her uncomfortable. Nadya was sure that if she could make Alexis feel comfortable than she could do so to this one too. "There aren't any other Alphas in Sacrosanct except my brother; it's my job to know. Did you come here with your pack from somewhere else?" As stated it was her job to know so she had to ask all pertinent questions but her tone was light and easy instead of demanding. It was certainly possible that Claire was lying but for precautions sake Nadya's ears remained pricked and twitching at any little sound out of the ordinary in case of attack. After a moment though Nadya's thought of it being a tall tale was more believable. "Why don't you come with me? I know another fox and you can probably stay with her and learn the city. It's safer if you're with your own species." Again Nadya rose, her tail swaying slowly back and forth, leading with her body to indicate Claire should follow her. Nadya hadn't seen Alexis in some time but she was sure if she questioned Raven than the aggravating wolf would tell her where the fox was camped out.
