The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.
The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The University welcomes the talent of students across the world to enroll and unlock their unlimited potential. With applications from across the nation, classes fill up quickly.

Sebastian EllingtonI need to feel you again, feel my lips on your skin
for one night I could be him, no, I could be better
The vampire's crystalline gaze remained steady upon his maker and the dark hunter she leaned over. He was all too aware of the blood that flowed from those veins and the life that diminished as each and every ounce was taken into the child's mouth. In truth, Sebastian had quite mixed feelings on the blonde female in front of him. He was, in some fashion, relieved that her blood-thirsty rampage had been sedated. His own connection to her lended to as much. And yet, their stark differences in that blood taking ritual left a part of him nearly disappointed of her continued existence, especially considering her lack of tolerance for his life. His attention was pulled away from the pair by the whispered voice of the fallen fae. Sebastian glanced down at the young woman, all too aware of the forlorn look upon her fair features. He shook his head ever so slightly, hardly interested in feeding off the fairy despite the simple fact that the taste of her blood certainly intrigued him. Still, he hated the taste of fear upon his tongue. It failed to provide him with that same rush that Anna-Marie got from it nor did it provide the same satisfaction as his present feeding habits did.
A frown marred his features at the child-vampire's words, a soft snort left his nose. Sebastian could hardly ignore the agitation that flustered within him at Anna-Marie's words. "Oh is that what you're doing is? On the edge of bloodlust because you haven't eaten in days? Is that what your version of 'living' is? I'm willingly fed every night, child. I don't have to worry about when I will find my next meal. My whole life doesn't have to revolve around who will I kill tonight - unlike you." His eye narrowed ever so slightly, his spine straightening ever so slightly. He hardly took well to being lectured about his way of life from someone like her. Sebastian's gaze slowly pulled away from her in gentlemanly disinterest as she squealed over some name that scarcely rang a bell for him. He had little intent in getting involved in his maker's life any more than necessary, especially considering that all of his interactions with her so far had forced him into actions he not only regretted but despised.
The forcefulness behind Anna-Marie's words was hardly ignored, Sebastian's attention abruptly turning back towards the girl. "I will never like or willingly play your little feeding games, Anna." He responded, his english voice holding a noticeable hint of somber certainty. "Why does it matter so much to you how I care for myself?" The vampire inquired, his head tilting to the side ever so slightly and yet, rather than focusing on the fae girl, Sebastian's entire attention remained upon the child - letting his own affinity to reach out to her. The vampire hardly wanted to generate within her that same lust he so often caused within his prey. But hell - he'd take a childlike crush, anything to give him leverage enough that his disappointment or dissatisfaction might be meaningful for the young girl. He stepped away from the fairy, instead moving towards the child-vampire. "No it isn't, you know this. Besides, didn't you want me to go meet Ceara?" He held out his hand towards Anna-Marie, clearly hoping to offer her an alternative.
