The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.
The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The University welcomes the talent of students across the world to enroll and unlock their unlimited potential. With applications from across the nation, classes fill up quickly.

Edie had found herself crouching in the thick grass outside her tent, her ears pinned back against her head to further hide herself. Edie was clever â€" extraordinarily so â€" but even the young girl knew when it was best to retreat than actively engage herself. She had a useful power, sure, though it offered herself very little assistance when it came to engaging hunters. Her England home had provided her with the protection of her home pack, and now she had Frost's protection. Still, here she was on her own, and quite frankly she wasn't completely sure what to do with herself now that she'd found herself in this situation. She was sure she'd be alright, though she'd have to use her wits quickly in order to get herself out of it.
The young fox was hardly prepared for the young man that stepped into the clearing. At first, she couldn't help but expect him to be the hunters, though he appeared entirely unarmed. He didn't look like a hunter. Her eyes raked his bare, sun kissed chest and the way those jeans of his dipped low, low on his hips. The thoughts caused her ears to perk up. The sudden movement caused the fellow were's eyes to jerk over to her, and if Edie could, she was sure she would have blushed under the quirk of his brow as he watched her. Fortunately â€" or perhaps rather unfortunately â€" it was then that the hunters decided to burst into the clearing. At this, Edie's breath hitched her tiny throat, sure that the handsome were in front of her was surely about to meet his end.
After all, he was entirely unarmed. The hunters were both carrying crossbows, which Edie was sure were tipped in silver. It was sure to harm a were, and if the shot was a capable one, certainly kill. Still, Edie couldn't help the amusement at the fact that the young man merely smirked at the hunters, offering up a teasing retort. He was witty, sure, but that may not be enough to get him out of the situation that he'd put himself â€" them â€" into. He was an idiot for thinking he could take on two hunters unarmed and alone. Edie may have thought he was foolish, but that didn't mean that she wanted him to get shot right in front of her. She would be thoughtless to get involved â€" she could almost hear Frost in her mind telling her to save herself and forget anyone else. After all, he wasn't pack. He wasn't anything to her.
Still, somehow the thoughts didn't stop the young woman from moving suddenly, shifting herself back into her human form. Not a bit of her minded being suddenly and abruptly naked in front of the group. She'd shifted in and out of her were form over the years that her own nudity hardly bothered her anymore. Her sudden appearance out of the grass certainly caught the attention of the two hunters, whose gazes wandered towards the beautiful young woman. It was with that knowledge â€" that she'd captured their attention â€" that brought the unwavering confidence that was so common on the girl back to the surface.
"You don't want to shoot him," Edie found herself saying, her fingers going to toy in her hair as she batted her eyelashes at the young men. "Look at him, he's worthless to you, really. Just a wanderer. Unarmed, even." She shifted her gaze over to the young man, and the realization that she also had his attention caught an unexpected smirk to find it's way onto her lips. "You should see what I'm capable of." Her eyes flicked over to the man across from her, hoping that he'd get the hint to run. Though... now she wasn't quite sure how she'd get the opportunity to save herself.
