The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

She murmurs gently flashing him a small smirk. It was rare to see the curly-haired woman so cheeky with her companion. Underneath all the multiple layers of insecurity somewhere deep down thee was a side of her that was carefree. Who knows how long it would for the girl to finally become comfortable with who she is and how she acts around others, but if they were just patient maybe one day she would actually finally be okay. Her cheeks remain bright red, embarrassed with her own flirtatious action, finding it new unexplored territory. If the other side of him was present then she would not be capable of flirting with him successful, the boy barely able to grasp what she says. Maybe it was a good thing that he was not here for now as they playfully tossed one banter after the other. She knows Tobias will kiss her, that he thought he could restrain himself was humorous, she knew he would break his word. It wasn't that she was too irresistible to not kiss, but with past experience the male did indeed enjoy sneaking in a kiss here or there, and it was only a matter of time before his lips pressed against hers once more.
The proclamation of his love for her had casted more warmth and light in her very soul. To know that someone could love her, for all that she is, was unbelievable and at the same time blessing. She was well aware that she was awfully different from any other girl. She was not extrovert like him. She was not someone that walked around with such self-confidence. Being intimate was a struggle. There were days when she thought she wasn't enough for him, that through all this time, he would give up on her and seek out another girl to satisfy his needs. Every day she was trying to break out of her shell, she was trying to be worthy enough to be at his side. To others it may seem such an impossible feat to love Tobias and all his antics, but she was patient and saw what others could not see. They could not see that he struggled to understand this cruel world. They didn't always see how he would admit to her questions and try, try to do something that was correct or would make her happy. How he would throw that boyish lopsided grin if he was pleased she had done something he wanted her to do. When they were alone together, away from prying eyes, away from having to fit in what the world wanted them to be, they could just be happy together in their own intimate way. As she predicted he had broken his promise and kissed her, and this particular kiss was sweet and intimate at the same time as he sealed his declaration of his love for her on her lips. She was content to lean closer into his chest quite content and not minding at all that they were sitting on a blanket, at the top deck of the Ark, during the early hours of the impending sunrise. While the world slept the lovers remained wide awake enjoying each other's company. As he captured gently one of her golden-brown curls she watched him quietly, waiting patiently to answer her question.
As he attempted to explain her eyebrows furrowed as a look of concern and worry began to appear on her scarred face. Her hand that was laced within his own would tighten gently, squeezing his hand in a silent gesture of encouragement. So, it all happened when he was younger. What he was doing in a building and why it was collapsing she had no idea. Though through the ordeal he came out, changed forever, but he came out. They say in the middle of a fight or a flight response another side is supposed to take hold and perhaps that is why Tobias was the way he was. How difficult it would be to live like that she could not say she understood, but she would try to help him through this life, help both of him function. When he apologizes and refuses her offer she simply shrugs and gives him a sympathetic look. She was the one that was selfish and asked him to go down memory lane and remember something that was absolutely tragic and horrible. She felt guilty. Raven herself didn't like to remember her own memories sometimes and she felt guilty for asking him to do something that she herself, would hate to do. Softly she whispers gently, her tone full of kindness.
As he begins to stretch himself along the blanket she lets out a soft giggle when he grabs her and pulls him down with her, obeying his desire to have her lie beside him. Naturally she curled up beside him her head resting on his arm so that she could still look him at eye level. When he says it is getting lighter there was a tinge of sadness that flashed across her eyes. Blue-grey eyes would look up to see that the pitch black night sky was starting to have deep purple hues, the first traces that night was over and the day would begin. She hadn't been up this late before and this would be her first sunrise and she pondered which side of him would appear when the sun finally rose. She would look back to her companion, looking deep in his dark-golden eyes, looking for the traces of black, the subtle show to her that his other half would be coming. A sad smile began to appear as she wrapped one arm around him, a bit tighter, the girl a bit nervous to have him leave. She knew these moments were fleeting and this was the longest since he was like this. She loved both his sides, she truly did, and yet she felt like he was not given enough time to be this way. Guilty she murmured as she leaned in to kiss his forehead, as her hand moved from his waist and up to his face to push back some of his long dark locks out of his eyes.
His faint smile causes the girl to give him a small smile in return. It is his question that causes her tired eyes to perk up slightly, focusing on him, and now how the sky was getting lighter. Why he wished her to ask the question about what Tobias wants her to be today she did not know, but she would do whatever he asked of her. If she could move the moon and stars for him, she would. Every time he asked her a question, when he was his normal self, she answered to the best of her ability hoping to please and satisfy him. With a small nod she gives him a reassuring grin, confirming and promising him that she would do as he asked.
As the sky continued to get lighter her heart began to pound a bit faster. She had no idea when they would ever have this chance to be alone together, to be like this, to get to know him more, to give him the chance to know her more. Raven had no idea if this would be the very last time she would ever see him like this and she was hoping that if this was indeed the last time she could ask him one more question. She wanted to know how she could help him, she wanted to make sure that she did everything she could to make him happy within a world that couldn't accept him, she was his and he was hers, and she wanted nothing more than to please him. With a timid question she boldly asks him, waiting so very patiently for his answer, hoping to show through her actions how much she truly loved him.
