The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

His family home had been lying in ruins since that fateful night nearly twenty years ago. Even now, it still held the remains of the fire, the home but a plot of ashes and discarded remains of objects that had once decorated the walls and shelves and cabinets. The plot of land had remained as part of the estate, only meant to be given to his sister when she turned of age. That was, until he popped back up on the map and then, everything once again was passed onto him. Taking control of the estate, however, had it's own slew of paperwork which had only just finally been delivered the night prior. In truth, he was perhaps a bit too eager to regain what had always rightfully been his, the man settling behind his desk only after he'd stumbled out of bed to discover Samantha using his shower. He'd hardly protested, instead settling to start reading over the particulars of everything his parent's left behind in this world. It was...difficult, even seeing their names and signatures on the documents. It certainly took him more time then it might have otherwise to get through each and every paper of the particularly long contract, not to mention the fees that had stacked up over the years from the property remaining as it was - a perfect frozen moment of time.
It was those thoughts that lingered upon the forefront of his brain, even as Samantha settled across from him, he hadn't hardly noticed her presence until the sound of her voice drew him from those otherwise sombering memories. "Hm?" He inquired, glancing up on to settle the strewn papers back to that carefully constructed stack. After all - this was a particularly sensitive topic for the man, one in which he hardly even wanted Raven to be involved within, much less the young fae who knew naught one factoid of his life prior to now. His eyebrow rose ever so slightly at the mention of the words dinner and double date. Dinner? In a restaurant? With Tobi? Just the thought of that alone made Tetradore cringe. "Maybe a picnic at the park or something....." He offered, a small frown marring his features as she pulled him to his feet and slowly he meandered towards his chest of drawers to pull on some clothes. It hardly took but a moment before Tetradore was following the young blonde down the stair well, the sound of unplaced screams interrupting the otherwise silence. Screaming with a human tone certainly didn't belong with in the Ark, though he was sure it was not yet even time for their doors to be opened.
He let Samantha pull him through the hallway though innately he already knew who was down below. There was a certain sort of connection he had to each member of his pack, one he relied on during times such as these though frankly, he wasn't yet sure if concern was warranted. Not yet. He paused on the platform where his chair sat, his emerald eyes glossed over the scene in front of him. His gaze fell upon the werewolf that stood over the small Mexican man. His eyebrows furrowed before Tobias pressing thought filled his brain, borrowing upon Raven's own affinity. The forewarning alone was enough for Tetradore to drop Samantha's hand, allowing the shift to overcome him and bring about that ebony feline. It took him those very precious seconds in which Samantha had made the rest of the way down those stairs for that change to overcome him though his large feline form was but moments behind her, leaping into the fray seconds after Tobias collided into the fairy Queen. His own ebony figure crashed with a rolling thud into the uniquely hued wolverine. His larger bodice took her with him, slamming her off course. He could feel that bond that existed between the pair, he could feel how entirely off the young woman felt and it was entirely this reason that Tetradore strove instead to implement the law of the wild, struggling to get her underneath him and force her into submission.
