The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It was only with the manual firmly in his hands that Tetradore settled down upon the floor the base of the staircase, his emerald eyes glancing over the instructions and the pieces he was surrounded with in an effort to make sense of the chaos that already had struck his Ark. He was only just beginning to place the strewn pieces in some resemblance of order when the sound of his siblings voice saw him pause, his lips firmly pressing together as his eyebrows furrowed. His sibling's logic on this was but entirely lost to him, especially when such annoyances as losing a day on making sense of foreign crafted goods could have been saved for something else. "Nadya...what's the point of making money if you don't spend it on non-investments?" He inquired, his gaze glancing up at her with a level of seriousness. "Life is about far more than what you can invest within. I thought your children's safety would be at the top of that list." One eyebrow rose as he eyed the woman with a hint of dubiousness. She had been so fiercely concerned about their ability to be within the Ark for that very reason and yet, the prospect that she was too cheap to spend money having the Ark child-proofed better than any hack job they could do utterly baffled him. Then again, his sister often utterly baffled him.
Such thoughts, however, were quickly replaced instead by the resounding sound of wood splitting and yet, for all the destruction it caused, little of a reaction came from Tetradore himself. "I suppose Jackle wasn't fast enough." He muttered softly, his own emerald eyes turning briefly back towards his work as his companion barreled down the stairs and over the gate. He was aware of the man's presence, reaching down to toss him the packet of 'plastic things' as he continued to pick up two screws beside him and one half of the baby gate. He shook his head ever so slightly as he placed one screw within his mouth, that motion alone his own effort to respond to the man's inquiry. And yet, Tetradore hardly flinched as Tobias struggled with the packaging, the white plastic pieces flying through the air as the bag unexpectedly burst open.
In fact, it wasn't until Tobias announcement that the door was "sick" that Tetradore even bothered to react in the slightest. It was his sister's annoyed voice that cause him to reach up and pluck the screw from between his lips, his own tone decidedly sharp as he said her name, "Nadya!" It was only once he was sure he had his sister's attention that his voice returned back to that placid, indifferent manner, "If you had bothered to show him how to use the door knob before putting it on, this wouldn't have been an issue. You can't expect people to succeed if you don't show them how. Surely you know this after running your own business. I mean do you even fucking try with Tobi or are you just going to scream at him because if it's going to be the latter, then I can put this gate together without you being here." In truth, the alpha had a particularly short patience for his sibling and best friend's frayed relationship. Her constant bickering at him often set him on edge and, of late, he found his tolerance for them together in the same room particularly low. He might be able to teach Tobias how to behave around his children but there was no hope for teaching his sister how to behave around Tobi.
A soft sigh left his lips as Tobias inquired just what the ivory plastic pieces were for. He picked up the nearest one, only half listening to Nadya's efforts to explain as she so strove to calm her equally as agitated child. "Tobi - like this." He muttered, reaching over to plug one of the fallen pieces into an empty socket on the wall at the base of the stairs. The action was altogether easy and the man was entirely assured Tobias was capable of this. After all, the boy was incredibly smart when he had the proper tools as his disposal. "Bet you, that you can't get the whole room done in ten minutes." He spoke to his companion, entirely aware of how to keep his best friend on task before Tetradore turned to push one edge of the baby gate against the wall. The screw was placed into the hole before he picked up the screwdriver to secure it to the wall.
