West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It was as though the coffee was fully beginning to course through her veins, the girl feeling entirely animated and energetic now that the prospect of their afternoon held shopping. She hardly expected that Frost would agree to the notion of buying her jewelry, that alone felt so decidedly intimate. It was something she might have expected Kato to do - not that he would give her such a gift, she feared. But the idea of her Alpha buying her such a present made her smile, the girl willing to push on every aspect of that offer that she'd prompted from him. It was the notion that she preferred a man that took charge that saw the laugh escape from her. "I do indeed. But even Kato knows that sometimes, you need to let me take the lead," She teased, pulling him so expertly around those jewelry cases. It was odd to see her Alpha look so out of place in a room, and the girl found herself wholly amused by it all.

She was kidding, entirely so, when she suggested the engagement ring. It had been a test of sorts, to see what his reaction might have been. She was relieved - especially with the inner turmoil that plagued her presently - to hear him suggest the necklace instead. An engagement ring might have been too far, the girl doubting that Kato would be too pleased to find another man's diamond upon her finger. There were lines in their relationship that she wouldn't cross, not even with Frost, even if those lines were hazy and blurry at best. She knew the way that Kato disliked Frost, just as Frost disliked Kato. And yet they put up with each other for the soul reason being that both men made Edie so overwhelmingly happy.

The girl continued to fuss and protest about being sent from the building, and yet a direct command from her Alpha was not one that she would ignore. Instead she put out those instructions, setting off outside to sit on the bench in the strip, sulking ever so slightly at the very idea of it all. She supposed it was only fair, really, that it would be a surprise. After all, the black gown she had within her bag would be a surprise too, would it not? She was sure that Frost would find her nothing short of beautiful in the gown, and the idea that she might get that kind of praise enough to make her smile even before Frost stepped back out onto the strip. She didn't question the jewelry, instead willing to allow the surprise - for now.

"I have everything I need," The girl replied, giving her Alpha a nod as she stood to stand beside him, easily reaching down to take his hand once again as she let him lead her back to the hotel. She didn't like the heat much, she decided, the feeling of it so decidedly unlike the weather she was used to in Sacrosanct and back home in England. It was too hot, too muggy, to ready to take her breath away. She was glad then, when they arrived back at the hotel and that blast of air conditioning hit her. Ah, she could never live in the desert. "It's too hot here," She commented finally as they stepped onto the elevator. "It reminds me of Africa. I didn't like it much there. It was so hot, and even the shade didn't give you relief." It was perhaps the first notion of conversation she'd really had about Africa with her companion, though he hadn't exactly inquired about anything else about her trip.

Any thoughts of Africa were cut off the instant that the elevator doors opened and she laid eyes on the penthouse suite that Frost had purchased for their stay in Vegas. It was... exquisite. The tiny hut that Edie had in Africa paled in comparison. "You know how to treat a girl, don't you," She commented as she let go of the man, walking around the penthouse to take in the finery that she was so suddenly presented with. Immediately, she was drawn over to the windows that overlooked the entirety of the city. It was gorgeous and breathtaking, and for several moments Edie stared out that window and imagined what it would look like at night with all the glittering lights.

She turned at the sound of his voice, letting out a breath as she turned to walk towards him. There were plenty of chairs in the room to choose, but instead she perched herself on the arm of that plush chair, her legs moving to swing across Frost's lap as she regarded him. "This is so much better than that bloody hut," She chuckled, affording her Alpha with the full weight of her emerald gaze. God, he was gorgeous, and for this weekend, he was all hers. "You know, Frost, if we're going to be a couple tonight, perhaps we should practice our kissing," She teased, the girl entirely willing to press her luck on how far she could take this for the evening. Still, she didn't tease him any further as she moved to rest her head on his shoulder. "Tell me the plan. I'm listening."
