The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The Ark was very quickly becoming the one place in the world in which the Fae Queen felt so truly at home. To her faerie self, there was nothing appealing about the steel ship whose very being was meant to destroy her species, and yet that more human side was finding it the closest thing to a home that she'd had since she became fae. And that, of course, had everything to do with the Were King that she'd fallen so heavily for. In the world that was so quickly feeling dangerous to her, Samantha found herself so at ease when she was within the arms of her boyfriend or even just in his proximity. Nothing would hurt her if he was near. He would protect her and keep her safe from those beings that threatened to tear her apart. And yet... she couldn't bring herself to tell him about what it was that plagued her nightmares. It wasn't that she didn't want to, it was just that he had gone through so much recently. After the death of Risque, she couldn't bring herself to add more weight to his shoulders when he was just now getting a taste of freedom.
As the Faerie Queen made her way towards the Ark - she meant to surprise the man and entice him out of the Ark's hold - she was well aware of how perfect the weather was. The heat of Summer had finally given way to that crisp chill of Autumn. Finally the world was turning into the season that Samantha loved most. It was that weather that had her desiring to simply be outside and roam around. That was precisely what she had in mind for the evening with her boyfriend. The idea of merely going for a walk with him was enough to make her feel content, and somehow she would coax him out of those steel walls and onto the beach with her. They were so rarely truly alone, and after their last meeting, she was wanting to make sure he had some fun. That, and she wanted to find a way to ask him if Risque was truly dead.
As the woman made her way up the dock and into the Ark, she paused only briefly to say hello to Jackal. She was growing ever fond of the Hispanic man if only for the kindness that he always offered her whenever she came to visit the Ark. Normally she would have stayed to chat a little longer with him, but tonight she was on a mission to get Aiden out of those steel walls before the fights started. She made her way up those stairs and down the hallway to the bedroom she was so familiar with. She didn't bother with knocking, instead letting herself into the bedroom. "Hey Aiden," Samantha chirped as she made his way over to his desk. She pushed herself up to perch on the corner of it, her hands coming to smooth out her skirt. She'd chosen it specifically for her mission of enticing the Were King given how much of her pale skin it showed, and yet she knew that would not be enough alone to bend the will of the man.
It was instead what she held within the bag she had brought. She tugged the container out of her bag before she dropped it to the floor, presenting him with that container full of chocolate chip cookies, holding it just out of his reach. "I made these for you," She said with a playful grin as she took the cap off of it and allowed the aroma of the cookies to fill the room. "And they are all for you, but you have to come out with me tonight." She held them between the two of them, easily within his reach now, as her blue eyes met his emerald ones. "Choose wisely. They're still warm."
