The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It would seem that after a rather long day of relaxing it would have to make up for the fact she would be having a restless night. Quietly she dug into her food, clutching her side with her other hand, applying pressure when one throbbing sting would surface on her side. If she had any way of turning this connection off she would have done it in a heartbeat. She could only take so much for so long, just like any other person. Thinking that if they both could make it through dinner, both could take some form of pain killer to numb the pain and figure out just how to make this unusual link stop. She would bob her head up and down some, simply glad that at least Nadya knew who Alexis was and had the common courtesy to be glad the young scarlet fox was well. As a creature that naturally didn't trust anyone it wasn't hard to see how Nadya was reacting with her presence around. The curly-haired woman simply ignored it assuming only that it was natural that feline and canine felt this way about one another. Over time she and Tobi was capable of breaking that uneasy connection what with the time they spent together building up trust through different scenarios. From playing silly games to hunting together side by side, it was enough to erase some of the animosity between them allowing them to connect in an unnatural way, breaking whatever cardinal rule there was between feline and canine to pack member and loner.
Well, if her night just couldn't get any better her assumption that Tobi would come crashing through the night came through, quite literally actually. She would move her chair backwards as soon as his feline form slammed into the table causing the dishes and silverware to fly. Ducking her head, she would see through her golden curls the naked boy slam into the girl, tackling her to the ground. A very sharp cry came out of the girl as the pain Nadya was experiencing overwhelmed the poor woman into falling to the ground. Choking on her breath as soon as Nadya's back slammed into the floor she could be heavy pressure on her chest and stomach indicating that Tobi's weight on the other girl was quite heavy, for such a skinny lad. A soft hiss came from the curly-haired woman as she felt her side prickle with more pain, Nadya's skin stretching the stitches nearly coming out causing the she-wolf to feel each stich groan from being pressed down forcefully by Tobi's fingers. Both hands would instantly go to her side, pressing weight on it attempting to alleviate the pain as a very soft voice cried out.
"Get off of Nadya...you are hurting me"
As soon as Tobi got off of Nadya she could feel her own breath return to her. Couching as she managed to pick herself up, but remain sitting on the ground, lifting her own shirt barely, noticing the deep impressions that had synchronized with the very stiches she put in Nadya, start to flare up. Ignoring as the two began to spat at one another her entire focus was now on trying to figure out how to stop this damn connection, not wanting to take Nadya's pain â€" of any kind â€" away from her. Blue-grey eyes would avert from the entire naked form of Tobi and semi-naked form of Nadya. She was a Were and although she was use to others showing off their bare flesh she was such a shy creature that walking around in flesh was still not right. Feeling the pain slowly start to subside she would manage to get herself back on her two feet, still feeling that ache in her side, as she briefly gave Tobi a forced small smile, attempting to make him believe that what she did Nadya was perfectly fine and to help make this entire situation be a little bit calmer.
"She is okay Tobi...Nadya can't feel pain right now, I promise you, but please..."
It would seem that with Nadya putting light pressure on her own stiches, and should Tobi touch or lick the area, it would ricochet into her own form causing the pain to trigger a dark memory in her past. With the constant yelling that was going on between the two it would cause her to react in such an extreme way. Always she was used to the yelling and the pain that came with it and the only thing she could do at the time when she was stuck, outside her caged chained up outside, was to make herself smaller. The typical pain of shifting came to the woman as her own clothes began to rip and tear but before her entire scarred form could be seen her lithe frame began to shrink as her darkly colored, but uniquely marked pelt, covered her form. In her old spot sat a very small dog-sized wolf, her big grey eyes flickering back and forth atop her black skull. Bright blue-grey eyes blinked as her head would tilt upwards, a very slow realization that she was awfully smaller than her normal height. Looking down at herself, she would stand on all fours looking at her smaller frame and swaying her fluffy back and grey tail side to side. The pain she was feeling in her side seemed to numb some, with no one touching Nadya, it brought a sudden relief to the girl, even though that indivisible thread between the two remained there. A nervous bark left the girls muzzle as she scampered closer to Nadya, her cold nose gliding over the stitches to make sure they were all okay, before she realized how eerily quiet it was. Lifting her head she would take one step back, blue-grey eyes widen as she looked at the two, her fluffy tail curling closer to her side, they were big and she was small...much smaller than usual, and the modest woman, without anyone hearing her, decided it was best to let slip out a foul word.
"Fuck."
