The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Blue-grey eyes would look away from Henry as she focused on the crowd slowly beginning to swarm around the fighting ring. It was easy to feel the energy in the enclosed space. The adrenaline was thick in the air. She could simply taste it, feeling the wolf within her ready to take charge in the sheer delight of expressing its dominance, especially in the territory it lived in. This was one of those rare moments when she felt so alive...that predator mindset taking hold. Tonight she would not be participating in the ring, Tobias more content to sit upon his makeshift throne beside his best friend. How grateful she was to finally find someone that accepted her, for everything she was, the good and the bad. For so long she was miserable, that self-loathing and self-hatred consuming her entirely, believing she was nothing but a lost cause. With the death of her pack by her own teeth and claws, she felt so alone in this world believing she would never have what she did now. A home, a family that accepted her, a mate that loved her completely. Oh, how she wished she could tell her younger self that things do get better. Whatever Henry was going through he was stuck in the muck, but she was willing to extend him a helping paw, or hand, to get him out and see that he would be okay. They were part animal, they could survive anything. With another shrug she responded gently.
That he was willing to ask what he needed to do in the Ark was a good sign in her opinion. He was taking an interest or at least trying to with the way things worked around here. Raven wanted nothing more than to be a good pack member, especially to the man that took her in. Tetradore didn't have to. He didn't have to accept her and welcome her into his home, and yet the man did. He probably had absolutely no idea how much it meant to her. When she had nothing to offer him in return. There wasn't anything she saw in herself that held any worth or value. She was simply a wolf that was capable of going nuts...she was defected. How Henry wished to be a part of her pack was completely up to him. He belonged to Tetradore and in her opinion, he was like a son. The son of an Alpha could do whatever they wanted. She should know she was the daughter of one, but she didn't get the privilege like any other child of an Alpha would. Seeing him drinking another glass did cause her great concern. Alcohol wasn't the best thing to drink when one is already in a dark mood. Leaving the bar she took him through the crowd, happy to see the patrons were giving her room to leave. As soon as they made it off the dock ramp, she held her hand out extending it to the pier.
