The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

There was no denying that cupcake was absolutely delicious. It was light and fluffy and utterly sweet, that frosting of the one she'd chosen entirely wonderful with its delectable tang. Though Abigail certainly loved that fruit she had all but near gushed over, it still paled in comparison to that taste of sweets. Dear God, she could live off of cupcakes if she was allowed to, she was sure. Fortunately, it seemed her friends were enjoying those sweets perhaps just as much as she was! She was certain that she had seen Raven already scarf down at least TWO, even Alexis seemed to be grinning with a kind of delight that she was sure she had never seen on the woman's face before! Surely this meant these cupcakes were a success! Abigail certainly liked to think so, even as she assured her friend that they would truly have to try EVERY flavor that the cupcake store had to offer. Maybe they would have to get enough cupcakes not only for Raven and Alexis' friends but also for Arlo as well. That was certainly something to consider!
Such thoughts, however, were interrupted only by that inquiry as to where the two women had met one another in the first place. That very mention of that large cargo ship, however, spurred a whole new one. That boat was utterly fascinating, as far as Abigail was concerned. It was so BIG and had so many rooms and it rocked and all sorts of things! She could hardly imagine living there, a notion that prompted her to inquire after it but moments later. Alexis' insistence that her friend had lived there far longer than she had caused Abigail's attention to turn near immediately towards Raven in a clearly expecting fashion. Her head bobbed in understanding at the woman's insistence that the boat had once been little more than a veritable maze. After all, Abigail has gotten lost in it and she had only been there for a hour or so. "I bet it would be awesome to play hide and go seek there!" She commented, more to herself then to her companions.
Their attention to the balloons, however, temporarily distracted the young woman, a warm beam crossed her features as she inquired after weather or not either of the women had seen such a thing before. Thought Abigail has grown up in a tiny town, her parents still made every effort to ensure get birthdays were nothing short of utterly wonderful. She supposed it made sense why they hadn't and yet it was still nice to see the rest enjoy them. That question of presents, however, caused her eyes to brighten, her hands clasping beneath her chin. "Yes! Present present present time!" She exclaimed, almost bouncing over towards those wrapped packages before she abruptly held them out to her friend. "Here you go! I hope you like them!" This, she was assured, was the best part of birthdays - gift giving and gift receiving!
