The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Serafina never truly doubted her companion's capabilities when it came to the effective running of her business. Then again, it wasn't as if the two women often discussed her business at any great lengths either. Of late, both Raven and herself had taken to busying themselves with their own respective lives, a fact Serafina faulted neither of them for. Suffice to say, it wasn't as if they spoke often as it was. Still, she could hardly deny that it was a good idea, one that had the young witch considering the applications of what she had once thought of as little more than a challenge. That warlock she'd taken the idea from would be absolutely livid, she was sure. She hardly expected, however, for her companion to comment on receiving a cut of that profit, her own eyebrow rose in a wholly skeptical fashion. "How about I just make a potion with Ravens coming out of it for Halloween. You can name it if you want." Well, at the very least she was willing enough to make a nod to her familiar for her imaginative workings, even if she was altogether certain that an idea was not worth such a large chunk of her own profits.
Even so, Serafina quickly turned her attention away from that shattered glass and the objects that littered her workbench, that prospect of food vastly more intriguing. The last thing she expected, after the uncovering of those tupperware containers, was to find sushi in those multi-colored plastic. That was...adventurous of her companion. It was with a measure of weariness that the witch placed the first piece of fish and rice within her mouth, the woman chewing almost thoughtfully while she inspected the spread in front of her. At the very least it tasted fresh. That was always a good thing. Quite frankly, she was almost....impressed with her familiar and yet, even as those words of rarely given praise left her lips, the young woman's suspicion became increasingly elevated. Something was up. It wasn't often that Raven brought her lunch, much less put such distinct effort into something for her. The young woman was in a particularly good mood. Raven wasn't criticizing her...hell, she was being damn right helpful. Oh yeah, she wanted something. It was that very realization that prompted an almost innocent inquiry form her lips, questioning what had brought on that distinct change in that often troubled demeanor.
That answer she was given, however, prompted a clear hint of disbelief from the young woman. Raven's insistence of her pack leader's sudden resurrection only further caused her eyebrows to raise. After all, Raven had viewed her attempts to make her feel better about that loss as little more than a cold- hearted nuisance. It must have taken some magic to bring him back. "Oh....well....that's...good." She started, even if that skepticism hardly vanished. Her steel-grey eyes turned towards that sushi in front of her, selecting another piece while Raven scooted ever closer. She wasn't prepared for her companion to scoot closer towards her in that moment, her attention turned at that mention of being 'the first'. A quizzical glimpse crossed her features and yet the woman simply stared at her companion at that rush of words she was presented with. For a moment she simply stared at that ring, as if those words were taking a moment for her to comprehend. She knew, innately, she was supposed to react with girlish high pitch squeal and warm embraces and yet she merely found herself blinking at that ring. Slowly, Serafina placed that sushi down only to turn slowly and reach for hand. She inspected that ring only to glance up. "He did well, it suits you. It's pretty." She stated after a moment, glancing up at her companion with a small simper of approval. "Yes, by the way. I will. I told you I'd make sure you had a pretty wedding." It was a promise she'd made some time ago when Raven had first mentioned Tobias' intention to wed her. It was a promise she intended to see through.
