The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The limousine was something completely unexpected, and Braxton could only chuckle. It was a tad bit extra in his own mind. But then again, it was something classy and showed that she wasn't exactly lacking money and wanted to travel in style. He could respect that as he would flick his cigarette on the ground and crush it under his shoe. It sizzled just a bit as he saw the Fae woman approach him. The dark haired man slightly snickered at the sight of her: She definitely had some sort of status wherever, and not to mention she had no issues in flaunting this. Braxton reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out another cigarette and placed it in his mouth, but would hand her the lighter. "Care to give me a light, darlin?" He cooed to her with a smirk on his lips, as she would light the cigarette. The cherry was more vibrant than ever as he felt her slip the lighter back into his jacket. "You're quite hands on I see. Must no be your first time around the block.." Braxton paused as he would take a massive drag from his smoke, and bellow out a huge plume of smoke from his mouth, but it in the opposite direction of the voluptuous maiden.
He stared at her carefully, and could see that there was something about her that just intrigued him. He couldn't put his finger on it, but he enjoyed the thrill he was feeling. Flicking another small ball of ash from his cigarette, Braxton would furrow an eyebrow at her. "I am curious.. Prey tell, what's a delicate and rare flower such as yourself, doing all the way out here in this place?" He asked with his accent showing itself in its fullest form. He could tell the maiden was tickled by the sound of his voice. It was apparent in her eyes and her body language. Especially with how she'd hold onto her dress and twirl it around just bit. Braxton did think this was a commonplace thing for women to do. But he remembered he was the same way when he met Jane. He fidgeted with his own clothing. The sleeve of his shirts to be specific. But now, he'd spend more time smoking than doing that. Plus, he liked having a bit of a poker face going for him.
Braxton did remain curious about one thing: He wondered what was going on in that precious little mind of hers. As he took a deep drag from his smoke to hide his intent, he'd lock eyes with her and attempt to enter her mind... But all he could see was just a blank space; Nothing would be revealed, and it was puzzling to him. As he exhaled his smoke, he chuckled at her as he soon realized her mind was impenetrable. Braxton simply flicked his cigarette ash to the ground and kept his eyes locked with hers.. "You're the first person who's had their mind on lockdown around me... You intrigue me." Braxton said smoothly to her, as he was wanting to know even more about this woman. And he'd do whatever it took to get to know more about her. Afterall, he couldn't help but feel like the two of them would have something in common.
