The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It was rare that the deviant boy offered any such memory of the past. Tobias, on most occasions, hardly seeming to remember much off his childhood or indeed the years that existed before he had found Tetradore once more. Though whether or not he truly struggled to remember them or indeed simply chose not to remained to be seen. The boy clearly capable of recalling when he chose to do so. Tobias abruptly speaking of both their parents and that memory of egg-dying from so long ago, that very memory further added to with the insistence their Father had taken them out with 'sticks'. Tetradore quick to find the proper word for that activity. Fishing. That very word was uttered several times over, as if to commit it to memory. Tobias nodding, almost to himself, as if satisfied with that newfound knowledge before turning his attention to tetradore's newest egg, the Leopard watching with a mild curiosity to see just what his companion intended to do with it.
Raven's voice drew his own dark gaze back towards his mate then, the woman nodding in a soft agreement to his declaration on the roll of mothers before commenting about that desire to, one day, have her own children. Tobias so hardly remembering but any of that conversation they had already had on the topic, his own attention fixated on watching an egg sink within that dye. The deviant hardly appearing to have heard her at all as she warmly insisted Tetradore would be an Uncle again. Tobias abruptly glancing away from that egg to eye his mate once more, his head tilted slightly to the side in a fashion that saw that dark hair fall into his eyes. His hair, as usual, was long overdue to be cut and yet his utter disdain for scissors so often resulted in a battle very few were willing to take up. Those stuttered words at last falling from his lips.
"Will...they be....cats or....dogs?"
This, it seemed, was a matter of critical importance to the deviant, those dark eyes flicking from Raven to Tetradore and back again as if he fully anticipated one or the other might have that answer. After all, his mate and his best friend were the source of near all the answers to all his questions in life. The sudden mention of an easter egg hunt however, seemed to distract the Leopard entirely. Tobias quick to declare his skill for finding. The boys hunting affinity near as infamous as his towering height and stuttered words. Tobias so often relishing in those very games of 'hide' even if precious few other participants realise they were playing. The shaggy-haired man often content to find even those who had not hidden to begin with. Tetradore's ready agreement that he was indeed the best saw the return of that beaming grin, one that only brightened all the more as Tetradore sought to ruffle his hair- a gesture the pair had shared near all their lives. Tetra's agreement of that statement somehow making it all the more official as far as Tobias was concerned. This a game he was sure to win. He liked winning.
Tobias pushed himself away from that kitchen counter to follow behind his mate and chosen Alpha then, the trio heading for that main floor of the ark only for Raven to duck behind the bar and present the men with a bucket each, the boy eagerly reaching for that red bucket before turning it upside down. His features frowning readily at that realisation the bucket was empty. Some part of the deviant, clearly, having anticipated something might already exist in the bucket. A huff of sorts echoing from his lips as he peered near curiously into Tetradore bucket in turn, if only to assure himself his Alpha had not been given anything he hadn't. Raven's sudden declaration that he couldn't use that power however readily brought a scowl to his lips. The curly haired woman attempting to make herself appear taller in that moment, a sight near comical given the deviants own height and yet his features remained distinctly displeased all the same.
"Birdie would not....push me into....the water. That....I know."
That he knew for sure and yet he did not trust her not to give that candy entirely to Tetradore. The deviant so clearly attempting to consider that very preposition before Raven suddenly announced they should go. Tetradore already having all but disappeared. Tobias content to mutter beneath his breath as he took off after his companion. Just where Tetradore had gone he hardly knew. Tobias leaping up those stairs and toward his own bedroom, the lanky Leopard snatching several candy eggs from the stair railing as he did before placing them within his bucket. The boy hurrying over to his bed then only to kneel down and fumble about beneath it, that Nerf gun suddenly pulled into his lap, the deviant momentarily assuring it was fully loaded as that snickering laughter fell from his lips. Raven had said he could not use that power to find the candy, no, no, but he could use it to find Tetra. His companion surely already having found several more candy eggs then Tobias himself had done. The boy readily extending that affinity to locate his brother.
The lanky deviant slipped easily from his bedroom then, Tobias' barefeet near silent on the wooden landing as he made his way towards Tetradore's study, the sound of Tetra's himself moving about inside readily seeing the boy pause just outside that door. His own bucket was placed carefully on the ground beside him, that Nerf gun (a present from Tetra himself) held carefully within his hands. Tobias waiting until his companion was heading for that door before proceeding to leap out in front of him, that weapon raised.
"Put 'em up. This is a hold up."
Those words were hardly stuttered, that very sentence mimicked from several police movies, Tobias hardly anticipating Tetradore would, in any sense, raise his arms. The leopard so merely intending on taking advantage of that momentary surprise. Tobias nothing if not an opportunist in any sense. The boy abruptly pressing that trigger to release a veritable storm of foam Nerf bullets at his unfortunate brothers face. Tobias so aiming to force the panther to cover his eyes to protect from that onslaught as he all but dove forward to snatch a truly sizeable handful of those plastic eggs from Tetradores bucket, several more bullets fired for good measure before Tobias all but darted out of that room with playful glee.
"Hasta la vista, baby."
Someone, it seemed, had been watching far to many movies. Tobias hurriedly dumped those eggs within his own now nearly half full bucket before sprinting across that landing only to disappear back down stairs to the floor below, that snickering sound echoing all the more as that gun was tucked into his jeans. The boy grasping several more of those eggs from the kitchen, his ears listening for Tetradore all the same. After all, why should he find his own eggs when tetra could do it for him?
