The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

We were chasing the thunder inside the storm;
Mira had put the finishing touches after finally struggling to slide into that unruly costume. What a bitch. But once it was on and bound where nothing could pop out that wasn't supposed to, she was just about ready. How did superheroes do it? She wasn't sure at all. She unbound her hair, allowing it to spill down her back, in loose dark brown waves. She was fitted with the head piece, the gauntlets, the boots, armour, lasso of Aphrodite/truth, the sword 'godkiller', and shield. She knew that she would probably have to lose some of those items as the night wore on. Those god damn gauntlets were going to be the bane of her existence. She spent far too long trying to bind them on her own, which was why she was late, but she managed eventually with a precarious move with her teeth and knee. She was quite sure the festivities had already started. But there was no way she planned to half ass Halloween, no not this year. She couldn't remember the last time she had the opportunity to dress up. Those ghoulish enemies could wait.
She was growing confident more and more each day in controlling those powers that lay awake just beneath her skin. She no longer feared it consuming her, but welcomed its presence as she saw it more as something apart of her than a thing she had to control. Much like the wolf that was also apart of her. She could now control where the lava went without it seeping everywhere and losing control and the hardest thing to master but she was getting better at was calling it back. There was still a lot to uncover and every inch of that poor cove that Tetradore had once taken her when her powers were out of control. Nearly every inch of the sand was singed to charred black. She might have even terraformed the place, just a bit, but it was better than damaging something that would have been missed. Take for instance this ship or one of those industrial building. But then again, that was arguable.
She forgot to ask what Tetradore was going as, she supposed she would just have to settle for being surprised. Mira slipped out of her room, closing the door behind her as she made her way to the common area where the fights took place. She heard the voices of the pack that congregated around a small girl in a leopard costume. It was odd seeing a child in the Ark, but the pack seemed to fawn over the adorable little spotted cub. [Almost] Everyone in the costumes and in light spirits, her eyes immediately drawn to the half naked Henry. Was he going as a stripper? A grin tugged upon the corner of her lips. Oh dear, the little one was surely getting quite a show. But then again, if she was going to hang around the Ark she was bound to see someone naked at some point. Mira next took in Raven and Tobias in complementary couple's costumes, Robin Hood and Marion. That was cute, maybe Tobias could steal them candy from the hoarders who refused to share. She doubted he would share that candy after he pilfered it though. There was also Alexis, who looked like she was ready to kick some serious ass in Lara Croft style. Her golden eyes then shift towards Tetradore who was not wearing a costume or a stitch of anything Halloween related. Perhaps the night was young and perhaps he could be coerced, especially by a pint-sized snow leopard.
Once close enough to the group she decided to announce her arrival. "Have no fear, I'm here to bring Halloween justice." She joked, putting both her hands on her hips in a hero-esque stance. "You make a great little leopard." She complimented the little kitcat. But then she heard Alexis' comment to Tetty and she could hardly keep quiet.
A mischievous glint appeared within her golden eyes. She perched herself upon one of those surrounding tables casually, crossing her leg over the other. "You can't tell? He's a were panther in broody human form, it works for him." She grinned, trying to look blissfully innocent. She looked for a reaction, a crack in that steely resolve of Tetradore. Maybe she could coax a smile out of him yet. If this failed she knew just how to do it, but for now she would keep those thoughts to herself.
"What can I do to help?" She asked, she wasn't entirely sure what was going on, but was willing to participate and possibly swipe a few candies that were unspoken for. Idle candies would not be safe tonight.
I'd rather be dangerous;
