West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Her questions are met with a surprising accent, she could have pegged him for a local if not for the clear Brit in his voice, the sound of which reminded her of a dear friend she had when she was younger. He invited her to sit, which was immediately rewarded by a gracious and dazzling smile. She pulled her starch white hair behind her ear as she spoke, her green rimmed honey haze never once leaving the icy blue of his unless he chose to break contact with her. Her grin only grows wider as he speaks further, "I highly doubt she will thank me for intruding on her like that, but your thought was enough to make me feel at least a little better about using her." In truth the small figured, gentle natured woman had little admiration for her gift, and it only made the regret she felt about it double and triple each time she used it.

She could almost feel the weight of his gaze, and perhaps feel a tendril of power snake through her mind, but it mattered little if he rooted around in her mind. He would only find travesty, heartbreak and betrayal in her memories. There was only kindness and good spirits within her head currently, a wish to make a friend who wouldn't die on her in fifty years.

The man's smile amazed and dazzled her, but she would not embarrass him or puff is ego by mentioning it as some women might, instead she silently contemplates if she could permanently fix the look on his face, he was much more handsome with this look than the mask of utter boredom he had previously been wearing. "You are full of praise and complements, sir, both of which are much appreciated." Her thick Romanian accent lilts softly on each syllable, her eyes showing a slight sheepishness about such things, but her tone is very sincere. "We have come for the same reasons then. My own may be a bit more social than all that, but the ending may be the same." She grins wide as his words echo in her mind, "I find I always want to take the alley toms home when they show up, but cats are hard to catch, and harder still to keep."

She watches his blue gaze leave her once more, her own hazel eyes sweeping to see what he does. Gyrating bodies throwing the heavy odor of human and other supernatural beings - not many of the last, but only because most of them hid themselves away. She meets his gaze as he turns back to her, his introduction a mannerly and concise one. Her lips twist into a smile once more, showing white teeth that were only a little crooked - a small mouth and so many teeth can do such a thing, besides that, where she came from, braces didn't come cheap.

"I am Nakomis. It is truly a pleasure to make your acquaintance." She spoke rather formally when giving her name, something she had had drilled into her mind since she was only two years old. Another smile is grace her features, one of an innocent desire to make a new friend, hoping he would be interested in something like this. She did come to alleviated his boredom.

"So, while we are here, we may as well blend in. I'm sure two non-drinking patrons would make the owner wonder what has wandered into his club." A glint of want and self-control now within her gaze. "Would you be at all bothered if I asked you to dance?" She does so love to dance, and how could one deny such an innocent seeming and beautiful face?
