The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It was not her intention to invade in everyone's mind the dark memories that gripped her in fear and led her to prefer seclusion over anything else. It was a memory that was triggered by Micah's paw pressing on a wound that was still tender. Already she was well aware she violated a silent rule to not invade her thoughts into her Alpha's head. Even though she averted her eyes and tucked her ears back in an apologetic manner she could still feel his annoyed glare burrowing into the back of her skull. When she felt his eyes off her, her dial would turn and gently she'd press her muzzle into his shoulder a wordless apology. While Tobias forced his way between herself and the panther she'd shift slightly wincing when she felt a flare of pain rise up. It was the response Tetradore gave in regards to Frost that made her lift her head slightly as she peered around Tobias. His reassurance that Frost would not come around again was enough to bring back that small belief of comfort and safety. That Nadya would somehow be involved with Frost puzzled her and in all honest caused her to be concern. If Frost had harmed her for keeping Alexis safe and telling him to leave their territory, then what would ever happen to Nadya or the cubs if she disobeyed him or made him angry? Raising her head slightly and placing it along Tobias' back she stared at the other her voice softly spoken.
"He trespassed and attacked me. Many times I have seen him be cruel to others, but what you saw is just a sliver of what he is capable of. He isn't good Nadya and you and the cubs aren't safe with him around, so please just follow Tetradore's order."
Sliding her head down from his back she would place it against Tobias' shoulder quite content. It had been awhile since she allowed Tobias this close to her and found herself quite relaxed with his close presence. Though the peace would be rudely interrupted as Nadya hisses and wrongly accuses Tobias at being fault. With a soft sigh she slowly rises to her grey paws, leaning into Tobias' sitting form for support, quite displeased with Nadya's behavior. Gently she tucked her head underneath his chin in a reassured manner, as he adamantly claimed it wasn't his fault. Slate eyes narrowed on Nadya as her lips pulled back to reveal her sharp teeth in an annoyed fashion her voice much firmer and stronger than before as she defended Tobias.
"Tobias had nothing to do with it Nadya â€" stop blaming him for everything."
As Tobias brushed his tail against her she lowered her head and obediently followed him thinking perhaps his gesture from his tail was a subtle request. Taking each step slowly she limped after the spotted feline unaware that the male cub was following her and attempting to grab her tail. Her grey-trimmed ear twitched when she heard Tetradore address her not pleased with his decision, and yet, she would obey. As Tobias got himself settled within the life boat she sat herself underneath the boat, slowly lying down on the deck and laying her head over her paws. The male cub seemed pleased that he was now capable of grasping her tail with his claws as the female cub came over to investigate this new creature. With a heavy sigh she gently answered Tobias' demand providing him a guarantee that she would be going on the pack hunt.
"Yes, I'll be going on the hunt too."
