The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

In truth, the were man was enjoying this brief moment of solitary quietude more than he perhaps cared to admit. He could feel the moon hanging ripe within the azure sky, even if her face was hidden. He had felt her siren call the moment he had awoken that morning, all too aware that tonight the pack would be gathering under the expectation that their Alpha too would be joining them. Their pack meetings rarely tended to end on a good note, often leaving the man nearly dreading whatever tonight's festivities would hold. He had quite nearly come to expect them like clockwork. No doubt, Tobias' peculiar, nonsensical antics would in some fashion manage to aggravate his sibling, drawing her to speak some uncalled for comment which would no doubt lead Raven to react in a manner that was not of her rank which would eventually lead to some sort of scuffle between the girl and Nadya herself. It was a vicious cycle that seemed to repeat itself often enough times that it no longer interested the brooding fellow. It was perhaps this knowledge of what was to come that led Tetradore into particularly enjoying the serenity of his bedroom. Tobias had left the Ark much earlier that afternoon - though to where he hadn't bothered to ask. Raven too was had chosen to stay within her own bedroom after Tetraodre had ensured her he had no need of her, leaving him to sweet serenity.
At least, it had been his intent to enjoy it up until the moment his cell phone rang. A small frown etched itself across his masculine features as he glanced over at it. There were very few that knew the phone number connected to that small ebony device, just as those too who knew of it knew he generally disdained it's existence. Whatever it was better had been important. A soft sigh left his lips as he leaned over to glance at the name across the display screen. Nadya. She was probably wondering where he was at, why they haven't yet been called together. A soft disgruntled sound left Tetradore lips and yet, he still pressed the large green button on the interface, holding it up to his ear with a simple, "Yes Nadya?" He had hardly gotten the words past his lips before his sibling's panicked voice filled his ear.
It had taken some effort to calm the girl down enough to understand what was occurring. Though he thought it unlikely Tobias would put the two children in danger, Tetradore promised that he would look in the Ark too in order to see if the man had returned from wherever he had disappeared to earlier that day. Tetradore made his way purposefully down the hall, inquiring after Tobias' presence both with Raven and Jackle. After all, if anyone knew of his return it would be those too. Despite receiving negatives from both, Tetradore continued to glance around the Ark on his way towards the ship's exterior, pausing only on the threshold to allow the shift his body so yearned for to take over him. It wasn't difficult in this form to find the thread that bound him to each member of the pack, easily plucking Tobias' amongst the two women he too was connected too. His large, ebony paws launched forward, following the thread away from the Ark and towards the Southern Forest.
