The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Blue-grey eyes notice that lopsided grin on his handsome face and she couldn't help but mimic his smile on her own scarred face. As he grabs her hand again and drags her to follow him, she felt a jolt begin at her hand that held his calloused hands, feeling that warm jolt leave her hand and travel up to her heart, and then spread all around her. Touch was a rare thing the two did with one another, but hand holding seemed to lock within her mind the joy of this innocent touch. It was when he decided to drag and shove his way up the ramp and through the crowd did Raven begin to feel a slight touch of embarrassment. Her cheeks glowed a bright pink as she muttered her apologies, hoping that they would at least appease the people before they rioted, knowing well her companion disregarded lines. That he was willing to take them both on a cruise was quite the surprise, because she had never mentioned a desire to be on such a massive ship and travel somewhere. She wasn't sure which side of Tobias thought of this idea, or if someone embedded the idea into his brain, but she was pleased all the same that they were able to go. At least this would get them away from the ice and snow for a little bit. When they reach the top and the man asked for the boarding passes, Raven looks at Tobias, waiting for him to reply and produce the correct documentation. But as the boy simply stared at the man with confusion, she stares at him, and when the man began to talk slower as if Tobias was dimwitted a frown appeared. Stony eyes narrowed on the man and she would slip herself between the man and Tobias, her face morphing into concern as a small smile appeared on her lips, wanting to help Tobias understand, but also protect him from the insult the man had done to him. One hand would touch the side of his face for a moment, wanting his dark eyes to meet her own, as she politely spoke to him.
Raven should have known he wouldn't have tickets and be this prepared. But who could blame her for hoping such a thing. For all she knew this could have been a surprise given from Tetradore, although that would have been extremely odd of him to do such a thing, and yet kind. Even though their Alpha was quite aloof, he still showed he cared about them, in small subtle ways. As the other people began to mumble and glare at the couple, she lowered her head slightly allowing the golden-brown curls to cover part of her face. It was when he told everyone to 'look' did she lift her head to see what he was talking about. It was amusing, to know, that such a simple comment and gesture could really distract everyone, no matter the age. Feeling his hand wrap around her arm, she instinctively moved closer to him, resting her head on his chest, unsure with what was going on as she noticed the shadows below them began to stretch. She had never teleported before and in all honesty it wasn't her favorite type of travel, her head spinning. Hearing the screaming alarms she lifted her head off his chest as they made it inside the ship, her head turning left and right in shock and awe that they actually made it inside the ship. Following him around as he led them around she stopped beside him as he led them into the mall and food court, her eyes widening as she instantly begins to quiver with fear. Letting go of his hand, her own hands would clasp together in front of her, as her fingers began to turn and twist around one another, her typical mannerism showing she was extremely nervous and upset. She would begin to stutter, pausing and then trying to speak once more, as her eyes widen staring at the deviant in shock.
Looking from him and then the spectacular view she continues to stare there as her mind races. They didn't have boarding passes. Which means they are not allowed on the ship. Which also means they have no room to stay in. They don't even have proper IDs so if God forbid they dock in a country that they don't belong to...and Tobias wants to wander around...there is no way they can get back on the ship and safely get back into their ship. Raven was a young woman that followed all rules, perfectly. It was how she grew up in her pack. Follow the rules and she would be okay. Don't follow the rules and she would be severely punished. Already she could feel the hair at the back of her neck stand, as she began to shake, visions of all the things she had done wrong began to flash in front of her eyes and the punishment she received soon came afterwards. Leaning into Tobias, her shoulder pressing into his chest, she stares at the mall and the beautifully laid out food, then turns her head upwards to look at Tobias. Weakly she stammers her fear, clearly not relaxed or looking as if she was ready for vacation.
It would be wise if Tobias comforted Raven's fears...perhaps then she might actually be able to enjoy this 'free' vacation.
