The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Organized into nine verticle zones, each of which features a sky lobby and a light-filled garden atrium which merge the upscale interior with a faux landscaped exterior setting.
Sebastian was well aware the young woman had hardly noticed his presence within her burlesque and yet, he was remiss to so ruin the movement of her body and hips. Rather, the salacious vampire was all but willing to simply observe the woman as she moved, and in turn appreciate all that her feminine form had to offer to him. It had, in truth, been months since he had laid with one of her gender and though he hardly missed it, being all to content with that love he'd so discovered, he found himself still admiring the distinct differences between himself and her fair gender. That silence in which he so enjoyed his own observations, however, was decidedly short lived before the young woman's instincts so keenly alerted her to his presence. Still, he regarded her with a warm simper, so easily responding to that bluntness in her tone in the same sauve fashion he had responded to all those years ago when he'd first met her in that bar. That shrug that crossed her shoulders hardly coaxed a reaction from him beyond the rise of a singular eyebrow and yet, Sebastian was all too willing to brush off the comment altogether, responding with a measure of factualness. "I did not. I suppose we merely run in different social circles." it was hardly surprising really, Sebastian's time spent most of his time in the upper northern districts, venturing to the downtown areas only for food and the western part of town only to see Dorian himself.
And yet, despite the amount of time that had past between them, he still found himself reaching out to provide the young woman with his hand, inquiring if she so might see it fit to dance with him. After all, how long had it been since he had properly tangoed? He'd shown Dorian but a glimpse of what the dance could be but it had been some time since he'd found anyone proficient enough to dance it with him as it so meant to be danced. That simper that she presented him with was quite telling enough as the girl stepped back from him, her feet slipping into those heels before she moved across the dance floor to so turn on that music. His own head tilted to the side, simply watching her as she moved back towards him, her hand falling lightly upon his chest. A soft chuckle left his lips, those bright blue eyes so falling upon the woman as he nodded. "I'm sure." He responded, ever confident as that music so began to fill the dance hall. This dance of seduction, this was one he so particularly excelled at and slowly, his hand fell to her waist, so leading the woman into a series of steps and twists that banked on that undeniable chemistry they had once shared.
It was only after a particular twist that her back landed against his chest, his bright blue eyes so intently watching her in that moment, those teasing words so bringing a soft simper to his lips. "I'm glad you still think so." He commented idly and yet those words were cut off as the girl began to dip, his own hands moving up her sides as she moved down his physic. God, how he loved this dance. That gesture, however, was short lived before she rose, turning to face him for her hands to fall once again in his own. "I think it's too early to make any judgements." He countered effortlessly enough, his own baritone English accent holding a hint of huskiness to his lyrics. Oh how he remembered those nights spent within his hotel room, where their affinities were so waging war. It was that simple memory that so caused his affinity to flare to life, to so work on those chemicals and that attraction. Let's see how far you've really come, Nadya.
