Miya is blissfully unaware of the attempts Ludo makes in flirting with her, the girl hardly experienced in such antics before. Pair it with her drunken stupor and she was absurdly ignorant. Yet, the girl thinks nothing of it when she slips her frigid hand into his, tugging him along excitedly as she stumbles about, chocolate eyes hooded as she searches for the fountain, giggles continuously falling from those lips of hers. When she practically falls face first into the sidewalk, Ludo is quick to straighten her, another bout of laughter rolling off the tip of her tongue as she states that she's fine. She entirely misses his response as her eyes finally fall into that lit fountain, that chocolate gaze widening in excitement.
Tugging him a bit harder, she quickens her place until they are leaning against the fountain, the water beautiful falling around them as Miya frantically digs through her purse to fetch those two coins, refusing to let go of Ludo's warm hands. When she finally retrieved those silver coins, she announces it triumphantly, beaming up at the man entirely too pleased with herself as she presses one into his hand. What follows next hardly registers in Miya's mind, it might have been quite the romantic scene, the soft glow of the lights from the fountain, the chilled air, her hand securely wrapped in his. If she were sober, she might have blushed under that look he gave her, might have inquired as to what his wish meant, yet, she was drunk, those social cues having entirely vanished with that shyness.
She looks up at him again, her brows raising in delight when Ludo tells her what he plans to wish for, Amiya nodding eagerly in response, "That sounds wonderful! It's not cheesy at alllll, I think everyone wishes for a better life," she grins broadly at him, hardly aware of how little space there is between them. Even when he leans forward and whispers in her ear, Miya simply giggles, pulling away, "That tickles," she laughs, reaching a hand up to rub at her ear before releasing his hand and promptly stepping up into that fountain. Grinning madly at the man, she slaps his hands away, planting her hands on her hips, "I'm fiiiiine, stop worrying about me," she giggles as she puts her arms out for balance as she begins to walk on that ledge, stumbling all the while. That coin is still held in a hand, her gaze concentrating on her feet as she contemplated briefly on what she would wish for.
Suddenly stopping, she looks up, the smile growing ever wider, "Oh, I know!" She exclaims, perhaps a bit too loudly, drawing the attention of the few pedestrians. "I wish not to get attacked by any more vampires," she laughs, turning towards the fountain, cocking her hand back as she proceeds to launch the coin aggressively into the fountain. Unfortunately for the woman, she forgets to release her hand enclosing that coin, the momentum from her throw propelling herself forward as she simply falls face first into the fountain. The cold water immediately soaks her, her head breaking the surface as she splutters, her hands grasping for the ledge. It was hardly deep but it was so entirely shocking for the woman as her wide eyes glance up at Ludo.
Pushing herself to a sitting position within the water, her drunkenness manages to push away that cold feeling before roaring laughter falls from her lips. It was perhaps, not the best time to be having a laughing fit and yet, the petite Asian woman couldn't help it. Drenched from head to toe, even her messenger bag hadn't been saved from the fall as she reaches for Ludo's hand, pulling herself up and out of that fountain, looks of disbelief pointed in her direction. She doesn't notice. When she's on solid ground, her hair is streaming water about her and that doctor side buried deep beneath that drunkenness pushes her to get dry and warm, especially in this winter climate. "Do you think my wish came true? The coin did make it in the water," she says with a grin, showing him her empty hand.
