The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Sebastian Ellington-Aragona
I thought you knew I was filthy rich
I thought you knew I never answer my phone
I thought you knew I was a late night with a bad bite I thought you knew.
Gingerly his fingers caressed the gentle slope of her ear, tracing along their profile till he reached the delicately pointed tip that peeked out from her strikingly blonde locks. The Italian Prince was well aware of the way she seemed to freeze beneath his gentle touch, her heart seemed to skip a beat before it pitter pattered with a renewed regularity. Her cheeks suddenly flushed a striking shade of pink - the very hue a sharp contrast to the pale color of her porcelain skin. Illiana's startled gaze turned upwards towards him as he softly insisted just how much he liked the shape of her ears, even in spite of her efforts to hide them beneath the waves of her hair. Those whispered words of appreciation, however, only brightened the flush of her cheeks till the hue seemed to creep down her neck. Oh, how that movement of blood seemed to call to the Incubus, though he strove to keep that desire to bite her from appearing upon his features. Sebastian, after all, knew well how to appear entirely pleasant at all times. A small simper fluttered across the Prince's features as the young woman in front of him all but beamed upwards at him. He was hardly prepared for the chattiness that seemed to come in the wake of her excitement, though Sebastian was more than content to let her discuss at length the thoughts that fluttered across her mind.
She moved with delicate grace through the forest, the path seemingly one of her own making. It was hardly marred by the frequent foot traffic of those hiking trails carved out for the usual city-goers. Oh no, it was near painfully clear just how much Illiana was a creature of the forest - much akin to the wildlife that surrounded them...wildlife that seemed to have befriended her, if the youthful fae was to be believed. Abruptly she released her grip upon him as the lithe fae danced into a clearing that opened up before them. Sebastian stayed upon the periphery, his hands nestled in his pockets as he watched her peer amongst the trees and foliage - though for what, he hadn't the slightest notion. How...distracted she seemed and yet, how easy it was to redirect her attention back upon him. He watched as she returned towards him, dancing from foot to foot like an excited duckling. The vampire was hardly prepared for her woeful declaration that she had pulled him from any chance he might have had to enjoy the dance floor at the club they'd left behind. Dancing, after all, while one of the Englishman's fortes, was not a luxury provided to the Prince. To be lost within that mass of bodies was a...severe security concern...or so he had been told. It was endearing, however, her apparent care for his evening.
How evident it was from the way that Illiana moved that she too desired to dance. Without hesitation, Sebastian inquired whether or not she might wish to join him in some sort of makeshift dance. How his offer alone seemed to make her blossom! Her fair features lit up like the sun itself as a soft squeak of delight left her parted lips. She was eager to inform him of all the dances she knew - even if the names of them seemed decidedly unlikely. It was her insistence that she also knew boring kinds that prompted a soft simper to flutter across Sebastian's features. Ah, how often the dances of his era were so classified as boring when the Prince was certain they were anything but! Sebastian moved confidently into the clearing just as Illiana stepped backwards - clearly prepared to mirror his every step, though this was certainly not one of those types of dances. He watched as she suddenly dipped into a low curtsy, the very presence of which prompted a soft chuckle upon his lips. How eager the young woman was to show what she was capable of! His hand reached out towards her, his palm facing up as Sebastian merely waited for her to close the short distance between them. His utterance of the name of the dance he intended to teach her was met with an almost unrivaled enthusiasm as Illiana stepped forward, placing the warmth of her dainty hand within his cool palm.
With ease he reached for her other hand, informing her of exactly where her hand should go as he placed her fingertips upon his left shoulder. His hand settled upon her slender waist before his gaze turned downward towards their feet. Oh, how well he knew those steps! This dance one he was more than capable of performing without the slightest thought. That pattern, at first glance, was terribly simple to learn, her feet moving with care with his every instruction. That warm giggle upon her lips prompted a simper from the Italian Prince, even as he repeated those steps several times over. It was only once Sebastian was certain she was capable of following those steps that the Prince inquired if she was ready to move. A soft chuckle left the vampire's lips at the feminine chirp from the fae within his arms - Illiana nothing of not utterly enthusiastic. There was an undeniable allure to that moment as Sebastian swept her across the clearing. The moon overhead cast it's gentle glow upon them - the forest around them was near deathly silent, punctuated only by a soft hum upon Sebastian's lips as he danced in time to his own near ethereal music. How easy it was for the vampire to manipulate the sounds made by the soft rustling of the trees and the gentle evening breeze to join in his quiet melody till the forest herself seemed to somehow hum along with him. Sebastian was hardly perturbed as she stumbled across his feet, even in spite of her request to move faster. Quite on the contrary, his every step was certain as he guided her around the perimeter of the clearing. It was only once he has guided her back to the very place that he started that his soft humming died off - he twirled her in one final circle before Sebastian allowed that dance to come to an end.
The vibrant blue of his gaze remained focused upon her, however, as he released her hand from him. His cool sensation of his palm lingered upon her waist while his now free hand reached up to gingerly brush against her jawline. "Illiana." His British tone was a mere whisper in the quiet evening air as he slowly guided her closer towards him. "Let me show you what a true kiss is like, hm, dove?" He inquired, altogether reminded of her declaration that kisses had, in the past, largely been taken from her than a gift she was willing to provide. How attentive Sebastian could be to his victims desires, particularly when he was all too certain he held the fae girl within the palm of his hand...and quite literally too, in this instance.
