The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

With one hundred floors and a 125-foot spire, the Starlight Tower rises high above the Sacrosanct skyline. More than just a landmark, the Starlight Tower offers a unique mix of restaurants, shops, and offices spaced throughout the building. Organized into nine verticle zones, each of which features a sky lobby and a light-filled garden atrium which merge the upscale interior with a faux landscaped exterior setting.
I choose to ignore Frost's sarcastic comment about how astute I am, simply scowling at him before I look away, too mezmerized by all the colors in the room to be mad for long. I not that he doesn't deny anything when I accuse him of not keeping his hands to himself though his glance at Alexander is not missed. I do glance back at him when he agrees that Alexander is anyone's type, my brows furrowed for all of a moment as I try to decide if he's being agreeable or sarcastic. Unable to find anything though, I shrug and smile, glad that he can agree with me at least this one time.
As frost turns the conversation to boats, I fear that I will be asked to get on one and I find myself moving closer to Alexander out of reassurance more than anything. I feel relief when Frost decides not to pursue the subject, though his notion that I'm struggling makes me gruff. "Hey! I'm not struggling." I slur at him, my finger pointing somewhere in his general direction (or maybe not at all). I smile up at Alexander when he asks about his place, meaning the cafe. I blush, remembering the last time I was there with Alexander and what transpired, my eyes widening as I look away from both men. I watch as Frost disappears into the crowd and only once we're outside with him again does he call my name. I turn to him slowly, giving the sidewalk time to catch up with my eyesight before I try to focus on him. His words throw me off guard, my brows furrowing as I sway a little on my feet.
Finally I scoff. "You big fat liar. His name is Alexander, not James. And even if he wanted to be a secret agent, I wouldn't mind." I cross my arms and give him a hmph. Alexander is hardly speaking a word throughout the conversation at this point, merely shrugging and clearing his throat at some points while shifting his weight at others. He's never been chatty or anything but I'm used to him at least holding up one end of a conversation. I watch him put on his glove before maneuvering me through the crowd and I squirm a bit at his touch as we walk. "That glove is cold. It's not as tingly as your hand either." I giggle softly at my own prudent joke. I scoff at his comment about being the sober one. "I can't even picture you tipsy. You don't cry a lot or take your clothes off, do you?" My eyes widen at the implication even as he gently pulls me through the crowd.
I sigh in reluctance the moment his hand drops from my own outside, though I'm quickly distracted by Frost. I hear Alexander's rebuttal, my gaze turning back to him in surprise before I glare back at Frost. "Did you bleach your skin or something to get so white? That can't be good for you." I scowl.
