It wasn't often that Ceara graced the walls of her establishment from her rooms above. After all, wasn't the sign of a successful business it's ability to operate without the need for the owner around all the time? Ceara had spent her due time when it first opened helping behind the bar, cleaning, and managing inventory. Now her main duty involved just signing the paychecks and listening out for any stirring below that required her presence. Thankfully her clientele weren't the rowdy individuals that made up the customers of the bars in the West.
The voice of her daywalker and bartender, Yoland, came through on the intercom in her office alerting her to a particular customer entering her bar. This woman had shown herself a few times and taken over the lounge with a certain air that at first Ceara didn't care for. Even though her place was for the upper class, she still held it as a sanctuary for all kind. This woman's particular entourage tended to scare away customers whom were wary of suits. Ceara had simply given order to her staff to follow through with their award winning customer service but this was seemingly becoming a habit of hers. A sigh parted Ceara's lips as she rose from her office chair. She hadn't been planning on descending into the bar tonight but it seemed inevitable now. It was time that she confronted and found out who this woman was and why she was disturbing her bar on a regular basis.
Ceara slowly descended the stairs from her rooms above the bar into the luxurious atmosphere of leather and wood. The vampire had donned a simple and elegant satin shoulder sleeved dress with a layer of intricate lace and beading over it with her brunette locks falling freely over her shoulders. Those honed hazel eyes didn't have to search very far to see the woman seated on the step-up platform lounge area with her entourage stationed about. There was a slight purse to Ceara's lips as the entire atmosphere was altered by those guards presence. It was not conducive to business. However, Ceara had many years of experience before opening the bar in managing relations so knew how to handle herself.
Her features smoothed to that of light welcome and curiosity as she approached the woman. She gave a side-long look to the guards as if silently daring them to stop her before looking back to their leader. "I see my staff has seen to your likings once more." She offered a simper of a smile. "My name is Ceara, and this is my bar. I apologize for not greeting you before but my staff is well trained to handle the place. I do have a concern with your...entourage though," She motioned to the guards, "it makes for an unfriendly atmosphere and turns away my shyer customers."

Because I could not stop for Death
He kindly stopped for me
The Carriage held but just ourselves
And Immortality
