There was something about shopping that soothed Nadya, the feeling of the crisp new fabric against her skin, the smell of new leather, and the fluorescent lights with the ambient music. There was nothing like retail therapy to make her forget all her trouble, forget about the turmoil she was dealing with Tobias or the fact that she hadn't seen her brother in weeks. Yes, she was a clear candidate for shopaholics anonymous. Today her reasons for shopping were slightly different than usual. Tobias hadn't shown up for his daytime escape so she had wandered off like she normally does when she had spotted an outfit in the store's window that was undeniably coming home with her.
Nadya had been milling about the store for almost thirty minutes now, lost in the clothes and having picked out a particular outfit that she was sure would make Sebastian's eyes cross when he saw her wear it. It was probably a good thing Tobias hadn't escaped that day since it did allow her time to prepare in seeking out this new vampire in town which held a certain allure over her. Nadya picked another outfit off the racks to join the dress clutched over her other arm, debating how the best way to sneak them out would be. She had no money lately with no job and Tobias not giving her any lately from working at Lucian's. Slowly she was making her way over to the shoes, mulling over her predicament, since what outfit was complete without shoes when she caught two familiar scents...canine.
Her chocolate gaze picked up from her outfits to scan over the shoe displays until it landed on Raven and Alexis, a small smile creeping over her features as she weaved over to them. "Alexis, Raven, you're here!" Nadya pronounced excitedly, glancing between the two women though a look of confusion quickly passed over her. "You're...here... wait, why are you here?" Obviously from what she had observed from however brief of interactions with the two would never suggest that she would find them in a clothes store like this. For goodness sakes Alexis hadn't even known what coffee or a pastry was and the clothes Raven had given Nadya to wear had looked like thrift-store pick-ups. Nadya's own outfits consisted mostly of dresses for the shear ease of removal for shifting though lately she's been taking to more pants and tops, especially her new fondness of corset tops and dresses. As it is she had on a green and gray strap corset top and jeans with black heels to match, thoroughly fitting in with the environment of the store whereas her lingering gaze over the two women had them sticking out like a sore thumb.
