It had been a long day. Far too long. Building a new business had been much easier while pregnant than with 2 1/2 year olds. Nadya had thought that they would simply nap while she signed the paperwork for the new space and began to prep the area. Well that had been a long shot hope apparently. Izzy and Micah had indeed taken a nap but woke shortly after the realtor left. They found themselves in a new area and like any young child had the need to explore.
Although the twins couldn't escape anywhere it didn't mean they couldn't get into trouble. It proved difficult for Nadya to sweep, dust, or even do any painting. It wasn't until the sun set and the twins got fussy for dinner that Nadya completely called it quits and packed everything away. Exhaling heavily, the young mother felt the stress of the day in her muscles. She really needed a hot shower.
Nadya was lost in her thoughts as she pushed the stroller down the thinning sidewalk so she wasn't prepared as she turned the corner to nearly run into someone. The flash of red hair was the first thing that her mind registered before fully recognizing the face those locks framed. "..I-Isolt..." Nadya stood dumbfounded blinking at the vampire whom she had not only shared a place with but showed her how to be a mom. There was also that time frame of her brother being interested in the red head in more than a friendly fashion. "Uhm...hi.." The last time she had seen Isolt was when the twins had been barely a year old and she had suddenly picked up and left the apartment. That had certainly been a dark time for her, having to give her twins up to live with her parents just so she would be labeled as better pack living in the Ark.
