Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

The grumpiness that seems to find Sebastian is not lost on Vhalla as she watches the way his lips downturn in a frown as she scoffs at his idea of a security system. When he replies to her statement, she shrugs, she supposed it would be helpful to let them know if someone had invaded their mansion. Still, she didn't think it would do much. Sebastian hardly seemed like a fighter though he had stood his ground in that bar all those months ago when the two had first met. She had held such an utter dislike for the man before her at first, royally pissed that he had fed off her and used such powers on her. And yet, here they were, all buddy, buddy. The assassin even feeling a fierce loyalty to the two men in front of her now. How funny fate was. Dorian's next words has Vhalla whipping her head to the monarch, her eyes widening with a touch of surprise before a roguish smile so adorns her lips, perhaps a bit too much delight sparking in those blue eyes, "It would be my pleasure," she says, grinning broadly, "Whenever works best for you both," she says entirely pleased with herself in that moment.

As their conversation shifts to the squirming bundle of joy in her arms, she's astounded by the fact that the two men had interviewed schools to place Maxwell in. Brows raised in disbelief, she can't help but let that laughter flow from her lips, even when Dorian calmly explains the importance of the right school. Truly, she shouldn't have been so surprised, it was rather fitting for the two men to put their dog in school to make sure he was properly trained. Shaking her head slightly, a faint smile dances across her luscious lips as she brings that puppy in to accept those wild kisses. Laughing again, she accepts that role of 'aunt' and states she would spoil him rotten. After she places the dog on the ground, she dutiful falls into step behind the men, explaining she had been in Europe. She doesn't miss the look Dorian gives her but she is quick to demand that drink from Sebastian, she hardly wanted Dorian to pry farther into why she had been in Europe. Considering that the faerie was the longest friend she had ever had, she still didn't want him to know what she did for a living. Vhalla wasn't entirely sure she could stand the reaction from Dorian. She was entirely certain the monarch would be ashamed of her.

Turning her gaze to Sebastian, she eyes him carefully as he finally agrees to her demands, a pleased smile dancing across her lips once more. The sudden exclamation of Dorian has Vhalla turning that icy gaze on him, brows raised in confusion. Quietly laughing, she gives the man a small shrug, "Dorian, some of us have been up for hours. Seven is not too early for drinks... actually I take that back, never is too early for drinks," she shrugs, perhaps admitting to that alcoholism she had so taken up over these past several months. As the men lead her into that familiar sitting room, she takes up that last chair, casually settling herself into the comfortable confines of the material before she offers up that congratulations. She had missed so much since she had been gone, she wanted to be more active within this odd friendship, something she had never felt before and yet, it was nice to have friends. As Sebastian retrieves that familiar bottle, she nods her head in thanks before pouring herself a knuckles length and swirling that amber liquid in the glass before raising it to her lips and taking a sip.

God it was good.

When Sebastian flops down in that seat next to the fireplace, she listens to his comment about unable to find her address. Giving a casual shrug, she was distinctly pleased that they were unable to locate her, there were far and few in between that had ever been to her warehouse, that were aware of where she lived. She preferred it that way. "I'm happy to hear you're inviting me," she grins at the two men before taking another sip of that amber liquid. "I'll do my best to make it, I wouldn't want to miss you two lovebirds getting married," she says casually, eyeing the happiness that seems to find Dorian in that moment. "Museums aren't really my thing," she states then with a small lift of her shoulders, "But I'm sure I'll take time to do some exploring," she explains to Dorian simply, before she glances over at Sebastian who didn't seem to be quite... awake yet. Frowning at him, she places her glass on the table before calling on that affinity. It doesn't take long before she summons that fire from within her, a ball of flame suddenly shooting from her hand and into that fireplace that suddenly roars to life. Entirely pleased with herself, she smiles before glancing back at Dorian, "I've been practicing," she explains, her grin widening as she recalls that time they spent working together on her magic.

"I can even make shields and weapons with it now too," she says proudly before lifting that glass to her lips again. "I'd like to show you sometime, I won't right now because I'm pretty sure you would have a fit if I started waving flaming swords in the house," she laughs, settling back into that chair again listening to Dorian's question, "No, I think I'm done with traveling for awhile. I plan on remaining in Sacrosanct, I like it here best," she explains as she finishes off that drink and setting the glass on that table once more, "I can't stay long, I have someone else to see before the night is over," she says casually, thinking of Tetradore so very briefly before her attention returns to the two men, "I wanted to see the both of you first and congratulate you on the engagement," she explains pleasantly as she glances up at the clock. She still had a little more time, "I have time for another drink though," she says then before pouring herself another glass, proceeding to swirl the liquid once more. "So, tell me, what have I missed? Anything terribly exciting besides the engagement?"
