Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

Residences

A life of luxury was all that she'd ever truly known, and frankly, that would be all that she cared to know. She was not one of those unusual creatures that was practically given everything they could ever want or desire on a silver platter, deciding later on in life that they were tired of only knowing such an easy existence. She never quite understood why it was that one would simply give away all that they had, every dollar and dime to live among those of the peasant community. To even fathom the idea of having to put manual labor into getting what she wanted in that particular moment, it was nothing short of utterly appalling. She was not built for physical labors, hence why it was that she would always keep a small number of carefully selected males to do all the heavy lifting that she would ever require. There was no way in heaven or hell that she was about sweat over something other than those private mattered that happened behind closed doors â€" most of the time. She was hardly what one might consider modest when it came to those more... intimate activities. But then again, after having lived as long as she has, which really was only just a fraction of how long most fae have already endured, the fae woman found that she rather enjoyed keeping things interesting. Of course, more often than not, she found herself favoring the comforts of her silk sheets and many pillows, accented by the sound of crackling flames that would burn warmly in that marble fireplace as it illuminated the room in that ambiance of passion and lust. That being said, the bedroom was but one of the few places Vitani had done such scandalous things in. Ah, but she was hardly the sort to "kiss and tell". This was but one of the very few things that would frequent the temptress's thoughts should they ever wander to past moments rather than musing the endless possibilities for that which had yet to find her in the present.

Moments of wild lust and pleasure aside for the time being, the fae woman would never consider trading her immense wealth and bounty of expensive if not extravagant fancies for any other life. If anything, she would always be eager to grow her fortunes to near sickening heights if she could. It has more or less become a hobby of hers, and one that she thoroughly delighted in, deceiving and manipulating the varied men of the world so that they might dote upon her in their futile attempts to win her cold heart. And while she kept her appearance tasteful and perhaps even subtle at times, there was no denying that she enjoyed the more extravagant things on occasion. Vitani had a sense of style, of what was considered too gaudy or too simple and always striving for the perfection that was to be found between the two. But just as the seasons shifted, and with it the weather, so did her taste in what she desired. While she has come to favor the more modern things, that did not mean she did not indulge in those older, perhaps even vintage styles. In truth, there was no telling what might strike her fickle interest from one moment to the next, but she took a fair amount of pleasure in that unpredictability as it suited her so well. The mistress of many masks, no one visage more practiced and well-versed than then the others, she very well couldn't allow for herself to settle into one particular niche of fashion, now could she? Had she been the sort to truly care, she might have wondered about the fae man before her. She might have wanted to know where it was that he came from, what his story was, if he were fae-borne or one of those less fortunate beings that had been created by the strings of that torturous and cruel ritual. She might have wondered then, if such a fate had been dealt to Braxton, what his past life might have been. Just maybe she might find such stories of some interest â€" or use if such could be discovered within â€" if Vitani so applied her talents in trying to draw from him such things. For now, she didn't bother herself with these ponderings. Should all go as she intended if he proved to be worth her while, there would be more than enough time between the two of them to traverse those channels.

Pale peridot eyes watch the fae man, hardly missing that flicker of unspoken curiosity that she wasn't about to indulge him in. At least, not yet, and not without getting what she wanted first. The temptress was true to her own nature, more than content to greedily take before she dared to consider or entertain the idea that she might give something back in turn. She says nothing for a moment as she observes the fae man settling into his place beside her, the fae woman elegantly crossing one leg over the other with all the poise of the ghost cat that she was. When she does ask after his length of stay within Sacrosanct, Braxton gives her a deep chuckle, the natural rasp of his voice pleasant enough on sensitive ears that she almost might have fancies him in a particular fashion, but Vitani's mind was locked firmly into a state of business rather than play for the time being. A wicked smirk tinged with a darkness she hadn't seen for quite some time is quick to follow and she merely raises a single brow in the little she would dare to betray as ever so faint intrigue. He speaks as the limousine continues through the city, but the fae woman hardly pays the scenery any mind as she listens with pale peridot eyes ever keen upon his facial expressions as he searches for his next words while that first string of words spoken in accented baritones trails off. Fun, was it? How curious. He makes mention now of how he enjoyed a particular afternoon and she finds herself giving him a coy smirk in wordless reply as he tosses her a cheeky wink. Oh yes, he was proving to be more than she'd thought he might, and it satisfies although she refuses to expression that true level of interest in Braxton, her own pale green eyes betraying nothing but cool and subtle curiosity as perfectly dress black lashes blink slowly over them, hands resting easily in her lap midst the silken sable fabrics of her dress."Gifted, you say Mr. Redfield?", she queries with a voice like milk and honey, smooth and sweet as it is laced with that genuine ever so subtle note of curiosity. She already had an idea of what his gift could be, but there was never any telling what else might be there he had not been so bold as to test upon her.

The rest of the drive passes quickly, though she could hardly help but watch him as he seemed to stare almost absent-mindedly out the windows and towards the immaculate expanse of land that was considered modest to the fae woman. She wonders what it was that filled his thoughts then, but it was not out of that genuine curiosity for all those selfless reasons. No, there was something about the way that shadows flickered across those fierce firestorm eyes that made her wonder more a touch more about the fae man's background. It does not take long before the vehicle lurches to a halt that seems to be enough to pull Braxton from wherever his thoughts might have carried him. It seemed there was much more depth to the man than she might have first anticipated, but only time would tell if this would be regards as a perk or perhaps a risk to that fickle interest that he still managed to draw from Vitani. His graveled voice fills the limousine once more, followed by a rather peculiar laugh that has the fae woman's brow rising."You tend to lose yourself in thought often, don't you?", she says smoothly, that coy smile dancing over pale pink lips as pale peridot eyes watch the man slide from his seat to open his own door before beating Fredrick entirely to her own side. Well, this was a rather pleasant surprise. The man even had manners despite having been found wandering the poverty-ridden part of the city. He grins at her and she keeps that coy smile of her own playing upon her pretty features before reaching out a hand. If he was going to be well-mannered, then he had best understand that she fully expected for him to take her hand even when she hardly needed help out of the Lincoln Continental."Why, thank you Mr. Redfield. What a pleasant surprise, seeing that you know your courtesies so well", she purrs almost sultrily up to the man, though she was hardly trying to cast that allure over him. That was not where her interests in the fae man rested.

Stepping out to stand beside him as she cast the fae man a look of approval, she moves over to the iron gate that blocked the stairs up to her large front door to the mansion made of concrete and stone. Fredrick moves to open the gate for the two fae, Vitani paying no mind to the man as she ascends up those stairs. As if on cue, the large door of mahogany opens to reveal the petite brunette maid, Darci who silently dips her head to the pair. Again, there is no thanks that leaves the temptress's lips as she moves past the young woman and into the foyer, the floor of stark white tile immaculately cleaned, a small hallway running alongside the staircase. Vitani glances over her shoulder she moves with easy grace over to the perfectly stained wooden stairs."This way, if you would Mr. Redfield", she purrs softly before she begins her ascension, and extravagant glass light fixture dangling from the high ceiling. Sensitive ears hear the man following her up those stairs and soon they reach room with polished hardwood flooring and modern décor, the furniture in perfect condition. At the heart of this room, a fireplace of white marble to match the stark white walls, a fire crackling warmly within the hearth. She turns and moves through the doorway that welcomes them into the dining room painted and stained sable to match the darkness of her dress, an elegant and artistic chandelier of glass hanging above the large table of ten chairs, the faw woman settling perfectly into the chair at the end as she gestures for the chair beside her. As soon as Braxton settles himself into the chair, the other maid, this woman being a touch older with chocolate brain hair pulled into a half-updo moves to stand there on the other side of Vitani."What do you fancy this morning, Miss Lovelace?", asks the maid quietly. It is then that Vitani turns her pale peridot gaze back to Braxton, a coy smile dancing upon her lips."You're the guest. You decide on our meal arrangements", she says to the fae man in her silken voice, smoothly spoken words more of an instruction as opposed to a gentle suggestion. No, she wanted to see what else he might do.
