Hawethorn Village

Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

hold on to this lullaby; [Blake]

Hold on to this lullaby; even when the music's gone
She was getting antsy, it had been happening as of late, she'd have to get out of the house and she wasn't sure if it's because she's now used to the freedom or if she truly needed to be entertained. It was enough for her to get out, to experience new things and new scents. She was trying to be more confident in her surroundings. But she still only went to the market and to the coffee shop and home. She'd never tried to find his house again after leaving it that one night.

But she wanted to visit even though all subordinate instincts said not to. It was that curiosity aspect that always seemed to land her in hot water in more ways than one. Today was probably going to be one of those days. She wore sneakers this time, a pair of jeans and a plain white t-shirt that fit her better than any of the ones she'd stolen from Frost or Blake. She lingered outside of this place called Dominoes, she knew that this is where pizza came from. She should have just used the plastic in her pocket but that would be the easy way and she needed some amusement and entertainment. The next boy that came out looked to be a year or so younger than her, the perfect target, or at least she thinks so. He was her prey and she would make a game of the fox and mouse.

She pushes off from the side of one of the buildings and follows him, he's walking quickly but she speeds up her pace and within seconds she is talking him out of the pizza in his hand, waving about a piece of green paper and bribing him out of it. She didn't give him much, she'd sidled up close to him, using the one thing Frost said that boys would want out of her. Her body. He had stammered, turned bright as a beet and all but handed the pizza over to her.

It had been almost too easy; she filed this information away for later.

Pizza in hand, she bounced down the sidewalk careful to move just fast enough so it wouldn't get cold. Even though cold pizza was delicious as well. She followed the same route they'd taken from his house to hers, using this innate knowledge to bring herself to his front door. After assuring herself that it was indeed his door she lifted her hand and knocked on it. When it opened, she beamed brightly, "Look! I brought pizza!"
