Anacosta Heights
Dupont Circle
Hawethorn Village
River Dale
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.
He wasn't sure what had woken him, but the sound of birds chirping and the stillness of a Winter morning greet him. He was laying in a rather large bed, blankets and sheets a mess. Thankfully the thick curtains were closed and while no sunlight was getting in, he could still feel its heat. He rubs the sleep from his eyes and it takes him several minutes to become fully aware. I fucking hate mornings. Why am I awake? His body ached from the last night adventures ... whatever they were. He felt a headache and the faint taste of blood still lingered in his mouth and on his lips.
He rolls over to see Cris laying beside him, sleeping (or at least he thinks she's sleeping .. she could be pretending, which wouldn't surprise him) and a devilish smile crosses his lips. He may not have remembered what had happened last night but seeing her, he knew it had to have been amazing. The added bonus of ending up in her bed ... wait, was this her place? Is this her bed? It sure as hell wasn't Mortimer's. The confusion of where he was doesn't last long as he studies her every curve. Her bare skin, the rolls of her hair. She was perfection in flesh, and he had her all to himself in this moment.
And she was naked beside him - what man could even complain about that?
He crawls over to her, gently removing her hair to expose her neck. There, he places a couple kisses of passion. His hand rides over her ribs, to her hips and then rubbing her buttocks beneath the sheets. He waits to hear a sound from her, any sound. A sound of pleasure, of annoyance. It wasn't gonna stop him. Aidan then, affectionately, bites the cress of her shoulder. He can smell the sweet perfume, the copper of blood, the misty air .. everything seemed heightened when he was close to her.
"Wakey, wakey Sleeping Beauty!"
