Anacosta Heights
Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.
Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.
Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.
River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.
A weak simper slowly crossed the man's chiseled features at the young woman's teasing comment, her fingers tightly gripping his arm and yet, it hardly affected him in any fashion. Instead, he merely slowly trailed behind he young girl as she set off to explore the apartment he had so meticulously seen put together for her benefit. He watched in silent the way that her bright blue gaze wandered around the inner facade of the apartment, clearly making her own judgments of the place and yet, she hardly seemed displeased. It was a positive sign that helped to ease his earlier notable anxiety into the usual placidity that gripped his soul. He stood silently in the midst of the living room as the young woman took to staring out the large windows that adorned the front of the apartment, the curtains had been drawn back to bring in some natural light to the space if only to make it seem more attractive.
He followed the fairy as Samantha eventually stirred, instead wandering from the living room to the dining nook, followed by the kitchen and the counters within. He watched the way her gaze lit up at even the presence of the electric tea kettle. Tetradore had remembered her liking for the the drink, just as he too remembered the taste that was left in his mouth and stained his throat. He followed her to the stairs of the apartment, watching the way she paused in front of the staircase. Her inquiry caused him to shake his head, "No, Titanium." He clarified, having made sure that the material within was touchable by not only the fairy but himself too. Silver was...uncomfortable. True silver, anyways. He hardly had to wait long though, before the girl was bounding up the stairs with a childlike glee and sluggishly, Tetradore too followed her.
The man reached the top of the stairs not long after she did, nodding ever so slightly at Samantha's remark that he had indeed seen to it that Dorian had a room of his own. It was hardly out of like for the man. After all he'd never met him, but rather, instead, more of a territorial gesture. There were some animalistic instincts within him that were bothered by the man's presence within Samantha's flat and the fact that he knew well the fairy had but one bed. It was scarcely hard for him to imagine the pair sharing it - not that it produced any true measure of jealousy within him. In the dance club, in his life, there was no room for jealousy. Nevertheless, he followed Samantha into her new bedroom, his own gaze brushing over it with approval before she glanced backwards at him.
His emerald gaze followed the woman as she neared him, all too aware of that look upon her features. He'd made her happy in some regard and that was worth it for him. It was worth the money. It was worth the time. Hell, it was even worth the fact that he had to care about stupid things like couches in order to give the interior designer something to go off of. In some aspects, Tetradore was surprisingly easy to please. "You don't have to thank me." He responded simply, a small shrug on his shoulders despite the fashion at which she had placed her own hands around his neck. Instead, his hands naturally went to the girl's waist, listening to her before that impish grin slowly crossed her features and slowly, his eyebrows furrowed at the girl's statement. "Yes?" He inquired, not yet connecting the words to whatever meaning she had attempted to convey.
In fact, it wasn't until the mention of the bed that Tetradore truly understood what she wanted from him, the thought alone was nearly surprising if only because Samantha had, up to this point, proven her interest in a relationship that had been altogether....innocent. This however, well hell, he could hardly deny his interest within it. There were some aspects to the man that were still instinctual and yet, his own experiences with sex at the hands of Risque made him....hesitate. In truth, he hardly had to remind himself that the fairy was hardly alike the woman that had kidnapped him in his youth. She was not the woman that had brought him pain at her touch and anguish with her illusions and mental imagery. She was different and it was perhaps that which saw Tetradore slowly nod, pushing away those impeding emotions to follow her instead to the edge of the bed. His hands reached out to the young girl, embracing her within his grasp as he gingerly pressed his lips against hers, his own body entirely ready for whatever tonight held, even if his mind required a bit more coaxing.
