In the first few minutes after waking, Crishlyn would always go to her vanity and slowly start to brush her hair tenderly. It was a ritual of hers, there was something relaxing in it, and it was something she had done since before she was turned into a vampire. She was humming quietly to herself, the sound of Aidan's car and the laughter from the two girls he brought went unheard. Swish, swish, swish. The succubus was still lost in the task at hand, but then a loud thud pulled her attention away from the mirror. It was then she heard Aidan's voice get louder as his anger grew, and a small smirk touched her lips when she realized why.

The succubus rose from her chair and grabbed her silk robe and pulled it on over the white silk slip she had worn to bed. With quiet and graceful steps she moved towards her door and pulled it open. Her icy blue eyes narrowed the second she saw Aidan moving towards little Anna with every intention of manhandling her. Now that just wouldn't do, she quickly stepped in front of the vampire child, her eyes still narrowed at him.

"You will not touch her."

Crishlyn's voice was stern and she kept her place between her Little Dove and the man she had wrapped around her finger. Once she made sure he stopped moving towards them she turned and kneeled before the child so they were eye to eye. Slender hands went out and grasped that beautiful angelic face gently as she studied her to make sure that no damage had been done. A quiet sigh passed her lips in relief as she let go of Anna's face and she quickly kissed her forehead before standing back up to face Aidan. Her hand reached for Anna's own and she glanced down at the girl lovingly before a look of annoyance was given back to Aidan.

"Aidan, this is Anna, she lives here now. This is your one and only warning, if you ever touch her I will make sure you are sorry you did it. Understand?"

Before waiting for his answer Crishlyn's attention went back to the girl at her side, and she smiled at her sweetly once again. Her free hand gently brushed a blonde curl behind her ear before brushing her cheek gently. It was clear that the succubus cared deeply for her, and as long as she was alive no harm would ever come to Anna. After a few seconds of silence her blue eyes shifted to the wine bottle resting on the floor before returning to Aidan. A perfectly shaped brow rose in curiosity, and it was then she heard the giggling coming from downstairs. It was then her smile turned more evil and she dropped back to her knee to look into that beautiful face once again.

"Little Dove, I know that Aidan smells and is loud, but he does live here too. I promise you that he will not lay a hand on you, and you must try your hardest to not hurt him unless it's in defense or I tell you its okay. Now, I think Aidan has brought us a little gift. Do you want to play a game?"

Icy blues twinkled mischievously at the question, and she let go of Anna's hand. Another gentle kiss was placed on the girl's forehead and she grinned before gently nudging the girl in the direction of the stairs.
