The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.
The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The University welcomes the talent of students across the world to enroll and unlock their unlimited potential. With applications from across the nation, classes fill up quickly.

Nadya Tetradore
The summer heat was giving way to the cooler touches of Fall. It was both a blessing and a curse. Fall meant colder weather was in the near future which Nadya loathed. Felines just weren't meant for the cold...well the tropical ones such as her panther one. The warmth made her languid and happy while the cold made for a snippy thing indeed. That was where coffee came in. But all that was for another time. It was time to hunt now. Time to hunker down and catch what you could before the herds migrated to avoid the approaching cold.
Nadya slunk through the shadows cast by the foliage of the trees, her golden gaze sweeping her surroundings for signs of prey as she inhaled catching all the scents that the forest held from the sweet damp earth to the hints of jasmine from a nearby bush. The ebony jaguar's pelt rippled over sleek muscles as she stretched languidly up the side of a large oak. Outstretched she was a daunting size, able to take out a full grown man...and had even done so in the past. Long curved claws extended to rake down the bark creating deep scores over its rough surface as she lowered back to all four paws. Hunting alone could be relaxing but also highly boring. When Nadya was with her brother or even Tobias the pair or trio was more apt to end up in a wrestling game than a successful hunt. Without the company it meant she was left to her own thoughts which she had plenty to dwell over the past few days. She hadn't had much time to think about her encounter finding Frost injured as she had the twins to look after and occupy her thoughts shortly after. Now though, that was all she could think about.
The scent of prey caught her attention, drawing her from her thoughts and to the present case. The panther's form immediately dropped to the earth and crept forward until the form of a...goat...came into her view. Since when were there goats in Sacro? Confusion etched the felines features as she hesitated on the edge of attack. Several deep inhales confirmed that the animal grazing there was no Were and indeed fully animal. How strange. She had never hunted nor tasted goat before. Intrigue now took hold causing the muscles within to coil then unleash bringing her ebony form launching from the shadows to the now startled animal. The pair crashed through the forest, Nadya's feline species aiding her in speed and agility, her tail whipping about as she countered each of the goat's sudden swerves with her own.
Nadya swerved after the goat one last time, one large paw striking out quickly and catching the beast in the rump where her claws hooked in like a fish on a line effectively tripping the animal up so it collided into the dirt. Her entire form leapt upon the animal, far heavier than it and easily holding it down so curved canines could sink into its soft neck as it bleated and thrashed futilely. Nadya remained hanging on until it exhaled its final breath. Only then did she slowly pull away to sit beside her fallen prey and do the one that felines were well known for...clean. Her pink tongue lashed out at her raised paw then swiped at her face to clean any blood from it. She hated having her coat tarnished with it.
Nadya was well immersed in her task until the snap of twigs not from the settling of the trees but another animal ceased her actions. Ears twitched atop her head, alert and listening in the direction the sound had come from. It would be a shame to have to fight someone for her rightful kill. "I know you're there." It was best to get that out of the way so they didn't think they could charge in expecting to catch her off guard. No, best to take things head on. Already her body stirred, plucking at the threads of her powers prepared to unleash one if needed.
