The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. I follow her easily back to the pack house since I can remember the way quite well. I've only ever been here once but it was enough to memorize the different scents and sights that bring me here. I remember well following Frost here and finding his library that made my eyes oogle. I was never taught to read but I've been fascinated with books as far as I can remember anyway. When I lived with Raven, she was teaching me how to read so I had picked up on a lot and was obsessed with learning as much as I could. When Raven moved to the Ark, I lost my teacher and so I was left to find books, steal them even, sometimes, so I could pour myself into the pages and pick up as much as I could. Seeing all those books in his house was like heaven to me. He even had books in different languages! I'm determined to learn those as well some day. I recall the stairs quite well that lead up to his bedroom where I found him the morning after I fell asleep in the hallway. He found me at some point in the night after we had a fight and I fell asleep in my fox form curled up on the floor. He put a blanket over me and I woke up confused and drowsy, only to go upstairs and find him eating toast.

That was the day he had me drawing my powers, trying to teach me how to use them more efficiently. It's also the day he tried to sick a coonhound on me. It was one of his illusions but still, it was scary at the time. That's the first time I was able to conjure a bow to my hands and use that power. It was the start of everything. Edie is practically bouncing as she reaches the steps of the house and shift to her human form. I follow in her foosteps, just a little hesitant as I step over the threshold, as if I'm expecting Frost to have set some kind of trap to keep outsiders from coming in. When nothing of the sort happens, I follow her into her bedroom with more confidence, though my eyes widen when I take in the outfit she has in her hands. "That's sexy?" I can't help but ask in surprise as I eye the clothing. I look down at my nude body. "You don't think I'd have more on if I went like this?" When I look back up at her, I'm smirking jokingly, letting out my breath in sigh as I take the outfit. I eye the black dress and the back of it with a gulp. Finally I give her a nod and stand to slip into it, looking a little more eager as it slides so nicely onto my figure like a glove. It's like it was made for me.

I look up at Edie and hold out my arms. "What do you think?" I do a little spin and situate the dress around my legs. "It's a little tight." I admit with a grimace. I watch the dress she puts on, admiring the scarlet coloring and the lace. "You look lovely." I admire her as she looks in the mirror. I listen as she tells me not to look interested. I tilt my head. "Easy?" It's obvious I've never heard the term before. I sit on the edge of her bed again and bite my bottom lip, a little nervous about makeup. "I've never worn makeup before. Will it make me look pretty like you?" I ask as I look up at her. I look back down at the dress. "And how do you dance in this? It must be hard to move."
