The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.
The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.
Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.
The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. The University welcomes the talent of students across the world to enroll and unlock their unlimited potential. With applications from across the nation, classes fill up quickly.

mira ramos
Mira was a curious creature by nature, wanting test things, to test her own limits and then shatter them. This panther in the clearing was a curiosity to her, not to mention she drew all that attention to herself. On most days she would ignore the scent, avoid the creature entirely. However, she indirectly interfered with her own hunt. It deserved the investigation. The disturbance within the forest resonated throughout the tangled woodland with no qualms in shattering that eerie peace it once possessed. Surely there were quieter methods to hunt. Maybe the she-panther liked it that way.
Yet the ebony-hued wolf offered an opportunity to make things right, as it should be, it would balance the scales and would also benefit herself. It was terms in which a predator could understand, more food. How could one resist that offer? That instinct to hunt and devour as much as possible was in their nature that they simply could not ignore. They needed to eat as much as they could simply because they didn't know when their next meal would be. Would be a day, or several, or perhaps even a week or longer.
Yet their human side could object in the logic in that, they had supermarkets for that. But the prominence of their animal side could still understand and relish in that logic. The she-panther spoke, mentioning a herd of elk that dwelled in the southern parts of the forest. It was definitely a step up from the small doe she had been stalking earlier. Dipping her head in what seemed like a nod, she peers at the large cat with contemplative eyes. "Colour me intrigued. You have yourself a deal." She offered what seemed like a wolfish smirk, subtle and odd for such a large predator.
The feline drew nearer and Mira does not hesitate, noticing the lazy and languid gestures the feline made, the arc of her back the unreadable expression upon her features. It must have been a feline thing. If she was anything like a pet cat, it was all in the eyes and the tail. She kept a close observant eye on those two things just in case her hunch was right. Body language in animal world was everything. Wolf, feline or horse alike. The name struck a familiar cord within Mira and yet she remains stoic and unreadable.
No this couldn't be Tetradore's sister, could it? The name certainly matched the type of feline she was, the coincidence was just too obvious to simply ignore. This certainly was a smaller world than she once thought. It was that awkward moment where one knew more than the other and yet she plays it off cool., drawing forth her scent unique to her. "My name is Mira. I didn't think I was that obvious." Perhaps there was a reason why there weren't many wolves. Maybe her old vile Alpha had a play in that. He had quite a collection of wolves within his twisted little kingdom. She drove that thought out of her mind. Doubt didn't have a place within her head tonight.
"Lead the way, Nadya." This was a rare opportunity to see just what kind of fabric she was truly made of.
