I can't help this awful energy
Goddamn right, you should be scared of me
The were King was well aware of where his limitations lie - his ability to find freedom was, for example, eternally vexing for the man, much less his ability to keep those women he found himself interested within. However, when it came to such practical matters as then, when it came to any sort of martyrdom, Tetradore seemed to particularly excel. Still, such somber thoughts that could be prompted at that consideration certainly would not have been beneficial for the she-wolf. That sorrow that graced her frame was nearly as palpable as the molten lava that flowed from her very core. It was for her alone that he attempted to make light of a situation such as this, the very creature that held dominion over fear was the same one who made an effort to chase it away. And all of it was for her. His hardened flesh tenderly grazed alongside her figure, bringing with it flecks of ash that seemed to become unsettled with that simple touch. That luminosity within that cave brightened ever so slightly, the increase in intensity almost unnoticeable amongst the glow that radiated from every orphis of her as it was. Still, that idle retort to his playful efforts was quickly returned with a glimpse of amusement, even despite that concern that rested within him. "That is a good point, I suppose then there is nothing." He responded with such unusual good naturedness.
Tetradore refused, however, to allow that despair to overwhelm her, the man quite near insistent that even this too would find a way to be okay. Hope, it seemed, was one thing he had plenty of when it came to Mira. The man was entirely certain of his ability to fix this problem, all it required was some measure of thought. They could hardly linger here whilst she got control of that power and yet, lava, in and of itself, was nothing short of utterly destructive. The places they could go were quite limited and the inevitability of being discovered by those who would not take so kindly to the very embodiment of that volcano crept ever closer with each passing moment. That Spanish feel easily from his lips in his efforts to reassure the woman that everything would surely be okay. After all, an idea of sorts had already begun to they sat the fringes of his thoughts. There was one thing that could combat that fiery destruction that she was capable of bringing with her sheer presence, one thing that Tetradore had quite plenty of. This could work. This could at least buy them the time they needed to escape, to find a sanctuary to deal properly with whatever incident had fueled that newfound discovery of power. There timing might not be ideal but he could work with this, he could fix this.
His thoughts were drawn from his own certainty, her repetition of those words promoted a glimpse of affection within the depths of his emerald eyes. "I imagine you could." He commented with a soft chuckle, his maw lightly pressed into her flesh once again only for Tetradore to turn his attention back to the problem at hand. The man quite easily turned her words back upon her, that simple reminder of his capabilities seemed enough to prompt a sort of resignation with her that, perhaps, this might not end up as awfully as she had previously insisted. Her inquiry as to how they might escape this one, however, was the simplest past of that conundrum. An almost mischievous glimpse crossed the man's vibrate eyes, those words that left his lips were far more teasing the were-King was. "You don't need to be dressed for me, Mira." No one was going to see them, if things worked out as he intended. They would slip right past those firefighters and volunteers. That flickering flame outside would be all they would have to best tonight. Even so, this surely required some measure of trust before he merely stole the woman away. Though her consent was hardly necessary to his plan, it was vital to that control they would need to find after that escape was secured.
He could see that hesitation clear upon those wolfish features as he asked her for that one thing she's truly was hesitant to give. Tetradore was hardly oblivious of the importance of that seemingly simple request, that alone surely promoted him to patience while she considered himself and her options. He hardly interrupted those intense thoughts, the man merely waited until those near golden eyes turned to meet the shining ones if his own to provide him those three words he great been waiting for. "I'll be fine." He assured her in an altogether abrupt fashion, the man stepped along side her, ensuring his flesh remained in contact with her even in spite of that ash that flicked off of her form. He could feel that heat that radiated from her, the man vaguely concerned of that temperature and yet it only promoted him to move so the faster. Those shadows moved from the far corners of that came with that simple command of his own well controlled power. Even Mira's lava form could not case then off as that umbrage embraced them both. That cave she had taken refuge within had all but vanished, leaving the pair in utter darkness...for one singular moment. They began to fall, the woman's body quickly beginning to light that small cove the panther had teleported them to. His physic hit that water that rose no higher then his neck and yet, Tetradore himself was already moving towards that lip that ran on the inside of that little cave. "See?" He inquired, glancing behind him at the likely hissing form of that woman. At Least now they were safe. "So, do you want to tell me what happened?" Maybe, with some insight, Tetradore could solve the problem of her molten form as easily as he had rescued her from her own plight.
