South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

The University of Sacrosanct

The University of Sacrosanct offers some of the top programs in the nation with its outstanding campus and specialized faculty. The University places a high focus both upon educating future generations but also on research to help revolutionize the world. 'If you see them, run, and pray to the goddess they don't find you.'. His warning ran clear through her head as she dashed through the woods, clearly content to leave the Dark Hunter with his caught prey. She'd hoped the wolf, or whatever it was, was enough to distract him from her but oh how wrong she was. Serafina hadn't noticed him at first, she didn't see him fly by her, all she knew of was in one instant her path with from being free to having quite a solid chest in it. Her petite figure collided into him, sending the young girl stumbling backwards till she tripped and fell upon her butt. She crawled backwards several steps before stilling, her stormy eyes intently watching him, returning the studying look that he provided her with. Slowly, her tense figure began to relax, her gaze trailing over his physic with a vague curiosity. Her eyes drift towards the out reached hand and for a moment she was inclined to lean forward, to let her cheek brush against his fingertips before whatever spell had fallen upon them was shattered.

There was a soft sigh upon her lips as he abruptly recoiled from her, his attention clearly returning to his prey. Serafina couldn't help the wince that twisted through her feminine figure at the resonating sound of the gunshot before his attention is, once again, redirected towards her. His command brings a frown to her lips as she slowly finds her footing once more, rising and pausing only to brush the dirt and leaves from her clothes, entirely oblivious to the ones that settled within her ebony locks. She hardly bothers to fight him on this, after all he is the one with the gun and she is...well....she tried not to think about what she was. Her foot steps were dainty as she made her way back towards the spot she'd only just come from, his threat lingering within her ears.

"It's not like I can do anything with it anyways." Serafina informed him, a grumpy tone to her feminine voice as she quite purposefully let her bag fall on the floor with a thud, a few spare pieces of lemon grass falling from it's folds. Her eternal lack of ability to do anything more useful then brew potions had always been a bit of a weak spot for the young witch - making her question if she really was a witch in the first place. She was absolutely useless in a situation such as this. She had no powers to call on, no element to answer her call, in fact, as far as dangerous went, she was no more dangerous then a dandelion. With her bag, and thus his threat, disposed of, the young girl's gaze shifted towards the canine within his grasp, a small frown marring her features. "You want me to stand next to that? I think...I think it has rabies." She commented with a girlish whine to her voice, attempting in all best of her capabilities to place as much distance between her and the wolf while still being close enough to please her blonde persuer. The little witch had little difficulty running through the forest barefoot but make her stand next to a feral dog and she just about wanted to die.

With a sigh to her voice the young girl slid down the length of the tree, her back against the tree trunk, all the while trying to ignore the canine that sniffed at her. She crossed her arms, placing them just under her bosom in such a way that enhanced her cleavage. Her skirt hitched upwards as she sat, showing just the barest glimpse of the porcelain skin of the girl's thigh. Her gaze shifted downwards towards the beast that had somehow seen fit to be friendly in this moment, a look of minor discomfort crossing her features at the wolf's muzzle on her leg. "Girl already tried that." Serafina replied dryly, her gaze shifting from the beast to the blonde dark hunter that held their fates within his hands.

"You know, if you surround it with a chain of lavender, it might smell better." She started, referring primarily to the distinct scent of copper resonating from the wolf, "Maybe you should do that after you kill us. It might offset the decay for a while." She commented half heartedly. It was by far the most useful thing Serafina could add to this event, her boundless knowledge of good smelling plants. The prospect of her equally as uneventful death and possibly somewhat decent smelling dead body was enough to momentarily occupy the girl, sending her pale grey gaze focusing on the horizon as she leaned her cheek against her hand, a small pout to her sweetheart lips. Of course this would happen to her. At least she was being killed by someone handsome?
