South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

There was something about this boy that struck a nerve with the young faerie, causing her to be entirely unable to string a coherent sentence together. Every time she opened her mouth to speak, it seemed as though he would shock her even more and cause her to trail off in stupor. It was clear that the boy had no idea that it was himself making her annoyed and rather angry. It was the claim that she was a prostitute that left her stumbling over her words. "I do not dress like a... how dare you." Her cheeks burned red both in anger and embarrassment, frowning as he continued. "Nor do you have the authority to call me a prostitute. I don't know who you think you are..." It was, however, useless to continue, seeing as the boy was hardly paying any attention to her other than seeming fit to give her demands to help him.

It was his declaration that the bicycle creature did not exist in his kingdom that caused Samantha to stifle a laugh with her hand, shaking her head. "There is no Lord or King here, I'm afraid. I might just be the only thing that you've got, so if I were you, I wouldn't insult me." She merely tilted his head at his further rant, an amused grin appearing on her features. "No, I have no idea who you are, neither do any of these people." It was amusing to her, the way the boy's whole body seemed to erupt in shock, looking down at his own clothing. "Now who is dressed like a prostitute," She muttered to herself.

"My disobedience... I..." She stumbled over her words, pushing herself up to her feet only to step back immediately to avoid the skateboarder. It was an interesting situation that she'd found herself in. She was constantly half amused by the boy and half offended, and despite that she was still willing to offer him assistance. After all, the clueless boy would likely get himself killed by the bicycles and skateboarders if she left him alone, and that was something Sam didn't want on her hands.

It is her teasing tone and bow that seems to finally earn her some respect from the man, though her intention had been merely to mock him. Still, she doesn't bother correcting him, instead giving him a nod. If playing along with this idiot would get them somewhere safe, she was more than willing. She knew very little about the hierarchy of royalty â€" she was only just starting to understand the way it worked in the pack â€" but instead she went for the first title that popped into her head. "Princess, actually," She claimed, waving a hand dismissively as though it was commonly known. "Unfortunately, an evil thing kidnapped me away from my parents and I am forced to live like a peasant. I'm in disguise to keep myself safe, of course. I am trusting you, since you are a King after all."

It was all the faerie could do to keep from giggling at the statement, but luckily it seemed as though the man was content to fall into step beside her. Instinctively, the girl reached out any time a bicyclist or runner passed them, pulling them both off the path so that they wouldn't get run over yet again. "My castle," She smiled softly at him, barely able to contain her laugh. "I have no castle, unfortunately. Just a small place. It's not far, however," She said easily. It would take them a matter of minutes to get there, and then she could get this royal imbecile off the streets.

Or at least, she thought it would be easy until the boy turned to see police at the top of the hill, and Samantha gave an unladylike swear and tugged on his arm, pulling him off the path and towards a different direction, one that would be more direct. But when the sirens start going off, she loses her grip on him and is forced to stop, watching him react to the noise. Jesus, what a drama queen he was turning out to be. If Sam knew what was good for her, she'd leave him be right here and save herself. But it was the realization that there were Hunters in their midst that caused her to turn abruptly, a hand falling over his mouth in an attempt to stop his screaming.

"Shut up," She commanded, her eyes narrowing with the seriousness of the situation. "Those noises, they're from police. They're not exactly your friend right now, but more importantly, they have Hunters with them. We don't want to make them mad. They can kill us. And our immortality won't save us," She let go of him for just a moment, reaching down to slip her heels off quickly. "Now, we're going to run that way as fast as we can, because it looks like they haven't surrounded that area... Now, we're going to run. Is that understood?" She didn't give him a chance to protest, instead grabbing ahold of his arm and tugging him towards the direction they were previously going, her only hope being that the two of them might be faster than the others.
