West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

If there was anything that Edie Graham didn't need, it was prompting.

Still, when Frost had suggested that she did, in fact, go check out the Ark, the fennec fox had relished in the idea of going to the rusty cargo ship that held the Nightshade pack. There were rumors throughout the Were community regarding the ship and its goings on, though no one knew with any sort of definite conviction exactly what went on there. The fighting was known about, of course, but there were rumors of trading in the harbor, of stolen items, of god-knows-what.

But that was not the part of the ship that intrigued Edie. It was the Nightshade pack, and more specifically, the Beta of the pack. Her own status within Frost's pack caused the girl to be interested in their rival pack, but it was the way that Frost spoke of Nadya that had Edie curious. There was interest there. Interest that wasn't just limited to the woman's two cubs â€" though even Edie had to admit that they would be incredibly useful to have as they grew into their powers. In the short time she'd known her new Alpha, she'd never gotten an ounce of emotion out of him that rivaled the way he talked about Nadya. Even Edie, who cared very little about the romantic relations of others, knew that there was something going on there, and that Nadya's current lockdown in the Ark only annoyed him.

When Edie had approached the cargo ship, it was easy to see why Frost was so frustrated. It loomed in the distance, the one lone entrance guarded by a man that would surely know Frost as dangerous. That she'd done nothing to publically associate herself with Frost was a benefit to her now, her body slipping past the guard with ease, her Were status enough to buy her ticket into the expansive ship. She had expected getting in to be the hard part. She'd expected Frost's scent to set off a bunch of red flags, sending the members of the Nightshade pack running to attack her as Frost had warned they might. But really, the man guarding the door had cared very little about her, just waving her forward as though she were any of the many Weres that wanted access to the fighting rings.

Inside was just as she thought it would be. The fighting rings were the feature of the otherwise dull room. Despite herself, the tiny fox was drawn to the edge of the ring, watching as a large leopard fought against an animal that Edie didn't care to identify. After all, the feline was doing well enough for himself that the other animal was merely a blur. The crowd seemed to enjoy the feline as well, a cheering roar building up from the Weres â€" human or otherwise. Instantly, her mind thought of Kato and how he would have loved the expansive rings and the chaos. It was all remarkably strategic, and despite herself, she noted that the rhino she'd been spending time with would have enjoyed himself.

It was the sight of another female weaving her way through the crowd that caused Edie to straighten up from leaning against the side of the fighting ring. The Hispanic woman seemed to be collecting bets on the fight, though she seemed rather bored with the whole experience. There was something about her, striking the fox's attention. It was when a patron thanked her, speaking her name, that Edie pushed herself fully off the side of the ring to move a little closer. So there she was, the elusive woman that had caught Frost's attention. Nadya. She certainly was a pretty thing â€" Edie couldn't blame Frost in the slightest.

Edie moved closer to the woman as though she were prey. She moved unnoticed through the crowd, slightly relieved when Nadya seemed content to slip away from the crowd and towards a hallway. Immediately, Edie followed her. Careful to leave enough distance between them that the woman could state that she was merely lost as an excuse for her stalking. It was only when they were far from the roar of the crowd that Edie felt it necessary to make herself known, turning to lean against the wall as she grinned to herself.

"Hello Nadya. Frost sends his love."
