West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

kissing death and loosing my breath

The young witch hardly had any true notion of the mental or social limitations of the deviant that her companion had fallen in love with. In fact, she had met the man only on two occasions - the first of which was when he was passed out on the floor of Raven's bed after Azrael's rather abrupt entrance, and the second was in a nondescript warehouse when he attempted to attack a young witch that was this close to becoming Serafina's protege. However, Serafina hardly made the connection between the spotted leopard of then to the name Tobias that she knew now, not that it would have really made a difference either way on her judgement of the pair's union. Still, Serafina brushed off Raven's giggles with a flick of her wrist, hardly dissuaded by the girl's description of her would be lover. After all, weres were already a little on the unique side and Serafina had catered to their magical needs enough to know that. "Nonsense. We'll just make it beauty and the beast themed and it'd be perfect. Your friends will all be amazed. Trust me darling, a little magic can go a long way." She winked at her companion in a clearly impish fashion, not easily dissuaded by the canine's uncertainty. Weddings were something to be celebrated - weren't they? It was her job to make her familiar's marital dreams come true.

Serafina hardly insisted on the topic, however, all too willingly letting the girl return to the familiar conversation of Serafina's all too chaotic store front. At the very least, Raven had shaved several hours off of Serafina's day, her continued assistance certainly was promising for the witch. The sooner her store opened again, the sooner cash flow would once again come pouring into her coffers - a prospect which the woman was particularly fond of. She nodded ever so slightly at the woman's suggestion of the car, hardly even hesitating at her rather canine inquiry. "Sure, we can put the windows down." She confirmed with a small shrug, fishing her keys out of her back pocket as she led the way out of the warehouse that was now, happily, hers. She paused at the door, turning to ensure the lock was firmly in place before commenting on a much earlier comment Raven had made. "By the way, Raven, I would love to meet your pack. I'm sure we'll all get along nicely....assuming they don't remember Azrael knocking them out." There was a small momentary look of guilt crossing her features at the sheer mention of that night though she was quick to move the pair along, instead pressing the button on her keys that made her headlights brighten and the car honk happily as the doors unlocked. "Now come on, one window down car ride coming up." She was teasing at this point, naturally, but she could hardly be faulted. It wasn't often someone got so excited to go in a car and put the windows down. Hell, she wished she was that easy to please some days.

Nevertheless, the car ride itself to Serafina's townhouse was particularly uneventful - that in itself made it rather enjoyable. The spring zephyr blew through their hair, the radio filled the air with those upbeat tunes. It was strangely....relaxing. And thus, all in all, Serafina was largely in a good mood by the time the car smoothly came to a halt within her driveway. "We're going to have to do some creative tetrising to get it all in the trunk." She called behind her shoulder as she made her way up the steps and into her home, entirely oblivious to those intangible spirits that had begun to slowly creep into her living room, their unseen eyes steadfast upon the witch and yet, they knew all too well they could not touch her. Not her. Her companion, on the other hand, why she was fair game.
