The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Nadya's attention at comforting Alexis only paused when the fox spoke of her last encounter with her pack. She had heard about the fight, more so from Jackal than either her brother or Tobias. She had been living in the apartment with Isolt at the time getting used to motherhood. Whether it was not to bother Nadya or worry her or just wasn't important to her brother not to share the information she hadn't been sure. Either way she had only found out after the fact due to some slip from Raven shoving images in her mind. It had certainly been a large contradiction from her experiences that had been emotionally difficult for the panther to digest then and even now. Tobias' involvement though and his possible subsequent wild card nature wasn't surprising in the least. Even if the pack hadn't been in a fight Nadya wouldn't put it past the deviant to fire something like that. "That sounds like Tobias." The panther nudged Alexis' smaller frame with her large head. "But he won't act unless Aidan says so, it's in his wiring. I know Raven works with my brother a lot with his business so she'll know his schedule better than I do to take you to him. I'm sure he'll be better apt at dealing with a meeting with you if he isn't in the middle of a lot of paperwork."
The siblings remained out of each other's business affairs so she trusted Raven on being able to choose a time that Aidan was the least stressed to meet with Alexis. After all, Nadya would see any time as a good time to pounce on her brother, even taking what she considered a friend like Alexis to see him. However, the situation involving their previous encounter was admittedly requiring more finesse. Nadya's head tilted when Alexis request, "Sure." She was unsure about what the woman would want to know but was willing to hear her out. She was not however expecting Alexis to ask if she liked Frost. Her whole frame tensed for a moment before withdrawing slowly from the fox to lower her haunches to the ground, her long thin tail curling about her. "Frost is...different. There's something beneath that darkness he wears." Her golden gaze cast away from Alexis to the docks. "He is the first who ever acknowledged the twins, brought both them and myself gifts, came to their first birthday...even healed Micah after he was injured by a Hunter. He, before anyone else in my pack...my family, is the first to show kindness to my children." It was perhaps the root of her emotional conflictions dealing with Frost. She saw the darkness but she saw the light, the pieces he hid from the world when he interacted with the twins.
Nadya shifted, rearranging the weight between her paws as she shook her head. "Frost likes power; I am sure whatever rumors you heard are simply that. He is powerful and wants only other powerful or useful packmembers." She knew why he wanted such members. His plans for those select ones to help him in matters of his past. Those reasonings though Nadya was not at liberty to share with Alexis. They weren't after all any details that would harm her pack but were Frost's personal life and past that wasn't hers to share. "If you run into him though, just tell him you are with me and he'll leave you alone." Whether that was admittance of her knowledge to his weakness in regards to her was hard to tell. On some level Nadya knew she held sway over Frost, their run-in over Jackal having proved that. "Who told you these rumors anyways?" Nadya had never spoken about Frost to anyone besides her brother and the shouting match with Tobias. She also didn't see Frost as someone who would let his exterior down enough to even let an idea pass. Though- oh...the Gala. Perhaps someone from the Gala had been another Were and seen the pair kiss. That had certainly been a large lapse of judgement on her part. She blamed the alcohol...and his suit.
