The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Of course Raven had no state in Serafina's business nor did she really want to share in the profits. If anything she wanted the witch's business to grow! Whoever said 'more money, more problems' clearly didn't truly understand the power and usefulness that those green backs could provide. Money meant many things. Food, water, protection, items, life...the she-wolf could list them all. The money they spent at the Ark was quite enough, they were never in debt, and she made sure they never were. Without a doubt Raven was certain that Serafina would not be doing anything that would make her go into money problems, if needed, Raven was willing to look over and watch over her books. The last thing she wanted was for Serafina to have any sort of money problems. Though right now there was no time to think of such things. Right now Raven needed to figure out just how she was going to break the news to her friend of the exciting news she had to tell!
That praise of her dish was met with a pleased smile. True to her canine nature she craved on praise. It was something she never heard as a pup and now as a young adult, the woman craved those words of approval. Quietly she dug into her own meal. However, it was that innocent query about why she was in a good mood that caught her off guard. Really the young she-wolf wasn't very good at hiding her emotions let alone trying to be all sneaky about it. This was far too difficult than she had thought. Whenever she was nervous about anything she always grabbed a hold of her fingers, twisting and turning them, but she couldn't do that. Because if she did then she would have revealed the shiny object sitting on the ring finger of her left hand. Nodding her head she made her voice drop an octave trying to remain all relaxed and okay.
There was no chance she could keep this up anymore. This was far too difficult than she ever thought. With a defeated sigh she scooted her chair over to Serafina's side of the table. With her hands both within those long sleeves she looked shyly over at her witch. Biting her lip she was a bit hesitant to tell the raven-haired woman. She doubted Serafina would disapprove, but the poor girl was simply just nervous. After all this was a pretty big deal in her life and although she was extremely thrilled about it, she hoped her companion would share in her excitement. Murmuring softly she looked down for a moment and then back up to her witch.
Taking a deep breath her blue-grey eyes looked up to see those familiar grey eyes as she spoke urgently without even breathing, and when she was done she quickly extended her left hand out for the woman to see the white gold ring he had bestowed upon her.
And now she waited looking over her witch, waiting to see that look of approval or at least a show of approval and shared exhilaration.
