The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Bartender Raylin Chike
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The sun had risen far earlier than Henry had cared for. The way his bedroom was settled in the Ark, the morning sun shown quite brightly into the little porthole that he called a window. And just the way his bed was position, the light shown bright in his eyes and made him stir with a groan. He hated mornings. He would much rather stay up all night and sleep all day. But today was Halloween and he was going to take Sterling to a Halloween party. The problem was: What the hell was he supposed to wear?
Henry hadn't celebrated the holiday since he was a young boy. Most years, he just wore a t-shirt that said "This is my fucking costume" and left it at that. But this year, he was going to try to enjoy the festivals and parties. After all, he didn't want to look like a complete moron.
Eyes scanned his closet as he looked for something that had any amount of potential for a costume. In the end, he pulled out a pair of ratty jeans that hung low on his waist. He shrugged and decided that this year, he would go as Christian Grey...or a Chippendale, or whatever else he might look like. It was perfect, but he supposed it would just have to work. Plus, Sterling would get to see him shirtless all night.
Once his jeans were on and his feet bare, Henry left the comforts of his small stateroom and headed towards the kitchen to perhaps get him some breakfast before leaving for the morning. He hardly expected the gathering that was already there. And as he rounded the corner, his eyes scanned over Tetra then onto Raven and Tobias in their couple's costume, and finally on a child. A CHILD! "Jesus...you could have warned me that we were going to have kids here..." While she might not know who Christian Grey was, he was definitely not dressed in enough clothing to be running around a child. He was completely shirtless and his jeans settled right on his hips where if they slid down any further, an unsuspecting observer might get a glimpse of his more masculine hair growth that was otherwise absent on the rest of his body.
He came around the counter as Raven was handing out jobs. He eyed the woman, a little curious if she was going to give him a job. He wouldn't ask for one, though. If he didn't have to help, he certainly wouldn't. He wanted to get out of here ASAP and spend the day with his boyfriend or stop by and see Malia and she what her plans were tonight. No doubt Nadya would dress her up in some sort of sexy costume. Maybe he shouldn't stop by. Maybe he should just go straight to Sterling's apartment.
