The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Why, why would he take them? Oh, right, because he's broken and once she finds him he'll be dead too. Nadya had emerged from her bathroom after taking a much appreciated lengthy hot shower to find Tobias and the twins missing from the apartment. Tobias' presence in the apartment wasn't newâ€"he would randomly appear wanting to see the twins for reasons even he couldn't explain. Nadya had grown accustomed to it and used the time that Tobi spent investigating and interacting with Micah and Izzy to get things done around the apartment such as cleaning and cooking. All those things had kept the trio within eyesight to monitor the twins' safety. Tonight she had simply craved a hot shower seeing as she hadn't gotten much time to herself to linger in one since the usual sitter she utilized was out of town leaving Nadya the sole caregiver. The twins were almost a year old so she figured they were sturdy enough to endure a bit of time unsupervised with Tobi.
The moment the emptiness of the apartment had registered to the young mother, first confusion, then fury, then frantic worry took over. While the question of why Tobias took the twins was a valid one, the more pressing one was where had he taken them. Nadya had hardly had enough mind to get dressed before she fumbled through her purse for her cell phone. "Tetra." She breathed, the frantic worry laced through that single word. "Is Tobi there? Iâ€"He came over and now he's gone and the twins- please, help- I have to find them." Her words were no more than a mess as her adrenaline caused her voice to start to shake. Of course Nadya would seek her brother's help above all others to search for the wayward member of their pack whom had taken it upon himself to go on a field trip with the cubs.
Nadya pocketed the cellphone and took off from the apartment without much of a heading. This would be the only time that her brain wandered wishing she had Tobias' tracking ability. She stood at the bend in the road that if she continued forward would take her West towards the Ark and if she went left would take a detour to the woods of the South. Would Tobi take the twins to the Ark to play or to the woods? Nadya tucked a stray of hair behind her ear before she took off towards the Ark. She could only hope Tobi had taken them there and with her brother they could scour from each end. Her eyes darted nervously to the horizon where the sun was setting and the bloated full moon was earning precedence over the sky. The twins would be going through the Turn soon. Tobias had never been around for their initial change before- had never had to witness or deal with the cold sweats or cries of pain. He didn't know to remove their clothes and cover them with a blanket instead so they would be warm yet not rip through their outfits. All this spurred Nadya on faster, her breath and pounding heart the only thing she could hear.
