The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

He seemed almost surprised that she told him he wasn't a man. In her opinion, that meant JUST a man, a human, which she could tell he wasn't. Instead he told her he was definitely a man and that he could show her if she wanted. She laughed automatically, even snorting as she put a hand to her mouth. "Oh, wouldn't that give everyone a good show? I like your guts." Her eyes twinkled with mischief as she looked at him. He was certainly more outgoing than Henry and Ashton. Any other girl might have blushed but she just thought it would be hilarious. She leaned forward and lowered her voice again. "I can tell you're a guy, silly. I just knew you weren't JUST a guy." She said with a roll of her eyes, as if he should have guessed that. He lifted a brow and chuckled at her when she gave an outburst at his admission. A real live fairy! She couldn't wait to tell Frost and the others about it! When she mentioned her alpha, she saw recognition flash in his eyes before he said that she was a Were. She nodded her head, not at all ashamed of it. "Yep, only just found out a few months ago but apparently that's exactly what I am." She smirked. He was quiet as she tried to figure out what he meant by his night out. He finally admitted that he was with a girl but not on a date. She tilted her head, obviously curious, until he bluntly admitted that they were just having sex. Her eyes widened and she grinned. "Oh! So you're one of those hook up type of guys, huh? I've seen them in bars, humans and the like who just seem to pick someone random out of a line up and take them home." She scrunched up her nose. "I guess if that's your thing. Then she furrowed her brows in thought and lowered her voice a little more. "Aren't you ever afraid you won't like what you get once you get to the bedroom though?" She knew how even humans could fool you with a first impression and what someone looked like with their clothes on wasn't always what you saw when the clothes came off. She'd been watching plenty of reality tv to know this. When she mentioned that she was out too, she told him about her night with Ashton and he asked if she spent the night at his house. She laughed again with a snort and shook her head. "Gods, no. He's far too innocent for sleep overs. But I did enjoy myself. You don't always have to be naked to have fun, you know." She said with a cheeky grin and a lift of her brow. |
