The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Sebastian Ellington-Aragona
I thought you knew I was filthy rich
I thought you knew I never answer my phone
I thought you knew I was a late night with a bad bite I thought you knew.
How utterly unperturbed Sebastian seemed at that threat that fell from the red-headed vampire's lips. Those words were hardly a concern when the entire weight of the Italian government was at his beck and call. His guards would go to unfathomable lengths to keep their Prince safe. Sebastian, in turn, was hardly without his own...gifts, the culmination of which left the Englishman merely waving off the man's insistence that he might ever regret his intervention. Rather, Sebastian's attention focused upon the young woman that leaned heavily into his side. Her heart pounded quickly within her chest, the very sound of it nothing short of alluring to the Englishman, fueling that very hunger that had prompted his venture out into the East in the first place. She seemed to be shaking like a leaf and gently, Sebastian allowed his arm to fall around her shoulders, pulling her into his comforting embrace. Those soft words of reassurance seemed to slowly ease the fear that so polluted her fair frame. Illiana was quick to distract herself, focusing instead on the title his guards had called him by. Her insistence that she knew how to cursy prompted a soft chuckle from Sebastian's lips, a warm simper settled upon his features as she beamed at him in return, promising to show him that very gesture of respect.
The last thing Sebastian anticipated, however, was her arms tossed around his neck. Slowly, his arms wrapped around her as her cheek brushed gingerly against the cold pallor of his flesh. Her soprano voice was a whisper in his ear, the warmth of her breath sending a shiver down his spine and yet, Sebastian was nothing short of a patient man when it so suited him. Hunting, after all, in the manner the Incubus did, was nothing short of an artform. How well he could hear that blood running through her veins at her proximity. He could smell the sweet substance just beneath her skin and slowly his lips parted, his tongue finding his right fang. If only she knew just how much she teased him! That desire was nothing short of potent even as Sebastian answered her with a heavy English lit. Thankfully, her grasp upon him hardly lingered long before she released him, the young woman inquiring of her own desire to go elsewhere. How easily she played into his hand, that privacy of elsewhere was much more preferable then the multitude of eyes from the dance club. Too many people here to watch him, to report on him. The last thing he needed was some other over ambitious fan selling photos of him with a girl sprawled across his lap.
Sebastian was more than willing to obliged her as his guards took up their own positions, one in front of him and another behind him. How quickly they moved as a unit, leading the pair down through the back corridors of the dance club with the efficiency of men that had done so dozens of times before. They remind nothing short of professional - silent, non-judgemental, and polite. Even Illiana's gentle smile was hardly enough to break through such facades. They knew their duty and so performed it without hesitation, having accompanied the Prince on far too many of his hunts. It hardly took long before the small congregation emerged in the alley alongside the dance club, a sleek jet black sedan awaiting them. Sebastian hardly gave even the slightest consideration to his reflection as they approached, the door opened for them. The Italian Prince slid into the back seat of the dimly lit vehicle, the dark tint of the windows keeping out most of the lights of the city that surrounded them. Illiana hardly seemed to hesitate as she slid into the vehicle beside him, the door closed with a soft thud after her. Sebastian was well aware of his entourage taking their places in the front of the vehicle, though he hardly hesitated in inquiring just where she might want to go - fully anticipating for her to lead him back to her home.
The feminine giggle upon her lips caused his brow to rise ever so slightly, and yet his silence persisted near patiently. Sebastian was hardly oblivious of that near quizzical look upon her lips before the fae woman clarified. "The....forest?" Sebastian repeated with a hint of surprise, the Englishman hardly expected that place to fall from her lips. In fact, he could hardly remember the last time he had taken any woman to the forest - maybe back in his era? "Hm...all right." The Prince commented, his gaze shifted towards his bodyguard turned driver. "Are you...sure, sir?" The man inquired, equally as...confused by the request. Sebastian nodded simply, the gesture all that was necessary for the vehicle to begin to move forward.
The sound of his name drew Sebastian's gaze back towards the young woman beside him. "Yes, dove?" He inquired, watching as her head cocked to the side in consideration. He hardly anticipated that sudden declaration that she was hardly afraid of him, though truly few were. He made every effort to appear entirely disarming, after all, his victims were less likely to take the Englishman home if they were afraid. "I am glad to hear that." He offered with a warm simper, though he didn't ask her of it, part of him was almost curious what she thought she could tell of him. Rather, he watched as her gaze turned from him, her fingers toying the edge of her weather. Her inquiry of her scent, however, prompted a soft chuckle from the vampire's lips, though he hardly interrupted her as she insisted that he smelled of cologne and..night, curiously enough. It was hardly a bad scent, however, the vampire willing enough to accept it as he reached out for Illiana's hand. Slowly, he turned her wrist, bringing the fragile inside of it to his face. His nose brushed delicately against her flesh as he considered how to best answer her question. "You smell..." He started hesitantly, his eyes fluttering closed for one breathless moment before his eyelashes flickered open, the blue of his gaze somehow...darker. "...like my favorite flavor...mixed with something a bit more...earthly...like sage." He continued, his lips parted, the sharpened points of his canines brushing tenderly against her skin though whether he was teasing her or himself remained to be seen.
He was almost slow to drop her wrist, that temptation to indulge in her blood altogether potent and yet...Sebastian had promised to ensure she arrived safely to her place of choosing. Thankfully, it hardly took long before they arrived at Illiana's chosen destination, the parking lot entirely dark. Sebastian could sense the unease within his bodyguards as Illiana opened the passenger side door, entirely eager to be out of the car and into the woods. "I'll be fine." The vampire insisted to them softly, "I'll be back in an hour at best." He watched the pair of men exchange glances before slowly nodding in agreement and slowly, Sebastian slid from the depths of the vehicle. He glanced towards the young woman that stood before him, glancing upwards at him beneath her pale blonde hair. Her sudden inquiry caused his head to tilt ever so slightly before the Englishman nodded, "I would be delighted, love." What she intended to show him remained to be seen, the woman nothing if not...baffling and yet...he had already devoted quite enough time to her that he was determined to see this through...whatever it was.
