The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Sebastian EllingtonI need to feel you again, feel my lips on your skin
for one night I could be him, no, I could be better
Once upon a time, the brush of lips on the tops of knuckles and fingertips were entirely normal. Once upon a time it showed courtesy, respect, politeness or, perhaps in Sebastian's case, adoration. Now such a small display of intrigue was all but dead to the world, resulting in never failing to create a sense of astonishment upon his interests when he chose to offer them such an innocent action. Still - there was a small, lingering sense of satisfaction within Sebastian at the surprised part of her glossy lips, the gesture alone brought a twitch to the corner of his lips as he stood back up to release her fingertips. The vampire certainly didn't miss the girl's softened muttering though he hardly reacted either, willing, for the moment, to feign ignorance on the effect such a small feat had on her. His crystalline gaze slowly lingered upon her as he rose his own glass to his lips, sipping on the beverage in a particularly careful fashion. He noted the way her fingers seemed to flex, as if his touch alone had still managed to linger upon her flesh despite the distance that now existed between them. Slowly, his gaze wandered upwards towards her fair feminine features as she begun to speak in a soprano saccharine tone. "Hopefully it doesn't." He responded, his own lips twisting into a sly simper.
Unfortunately, his gaze hardly lingered long upon her bright eyes or sweetheart lips, instead he noted the way her fingertips seemed to toy at the strict material that embraced her petite figure, knowing all too well the in's and out's of such antiquated articles of clothing. These days, it was particularly rare to see such corsets, much less ones that were made in any fashion authentically, their price tag tending to be far more than most females chose to spend on what they viewed as a "costume" piece. In was, in some way, a pity that they had so fallen on the wayside, especially when they so managed to entice him. Corset were considered undergarments in the world he'd been birthed into - named so only due to the fashion at which they clung to the waist and chest, accenting the bodice in a way that should be seen only to lovers eyes. It certainly never failed to capture the male's attention, his azure gaze steadfast upon her fingertips despite the words she spoke to him. "Extensively." There was a mischievous hint to his eyes, one that seemed to suggest that perhaps his experience existed entirely in the realm of taking them off<.i> rather than anything else.
Still, Sebastian's attention shifted once again as she stepped closer towards him, her fingertips reaching up to smooth out the collar of his own shirt. The man was distinctly aware of the weight of her hands on his chest, the heat radiating from her warm were physical was nearly comforting against the cold death like embrace of his own flesh. His gaze briefly fluttered towards her own, listening to the soft whisper on her tantalizing lips. His eyebrow rose ever so slightly at her teasing remark, his head bobbing ever so slightly. "I happen to be quite adept at removing them if it so suited you." He offered, eying the girl in this game of banter perhaps as much as she too was watching him. Despite the fashion at which she so taunted him, Sebastian almost found this too easy. There was something about her that suggested to him that perhaps the girl might have been willing to flirt to her heart's content, but coaxing such actions from her might be far more laborious of a task. Nevertheless, he was entirely up for the challenge she so presented him with. After all, such games were entirely his forte, his own specific power meant to assist with such a playing field. It took far more than a forward word or two to catch Sebastian off guard, though he was certainly inquisitive to see what she would come up - had he known her goal, that is.
