North

Within the Northern vicinity of the city, the wealthy gather behind meticulously trimmed hedges and high-class architecture. The pristine streets are paved with stone and the storefronts are brightly lit and inviting - for the right clientele. In the North, every establishment is eager to cater to the rich and the wealthy. Many such places are used to the sometimes peculiar requests of the otherworldly but here there is little that money cannot buy - whether it happens to be illegal or merely involves looking the other way. Vampires and Dark Hunters are often found upon these Northern streets, their long lives often contributing to their sizable wealth which allows them the luxuries that the North provides.

There was something almost appealing about the ideals of the dog, the woman holding an almost refreshing sense of disdain for the world and its function as a whole. Her ideas upon servitude perhaps more akin to his own then he cared to admit. After all, his species was so eternally cast into that very role at every given opportunity as if they were born to this very earth to be little more then beasts of burden so forced into a helplessness then required them to rely on others whom in turn called it love. There were exceptions of course. Those whom truly did love in some fashion, those whom served willingly- no rule set in stone for how one might perceive captivity, or servitude or their own ideas of freedom. Frost finding himself almost intrigued in the girl and yet his features remained distinctly emotionless, as if she were no more of interest then the pine cone he had consumed mere moments earlier. There was a spark to this one, or in the very least a sort of feral pride he found almost enticing, she one of the few whom had managed to intrigue this side of himself and yet it was hardly for her evident belief on the policies of pets alone that the stallion found himself allowing his own affinity to embrace her thoughts and consider that which she hardly offered freely. Her mind a pattered patchwork of colour and thought, one underplayed by that predatory hunger all the same. How predictable and yet how useful all at once. Frost so inclined to find her demeanour appealing if only for how starkly she differed to those other minds he so often frequented in passing.

He merely allows her to continue her little verbal tirade on the treatment of her canine counterparts, what little of his violet gaze could been seen resting upon her own as those thoughts flickered within her mind, offering the man a little more insight into just what inspired his newest little interest, the girl pausing at last to lash her tail, her words laced with disdain and a notable venom. Her hate of humankind seeming decidedly potent and yet whether by experience, hearsay or natural fear he hardly knew. From what she had so claimed to have seen however, it was perhaps hardly difficult to justify her difficult temperament and yet those of difficult temperament always had intrigued him the most.

"I have seen these things, yes."

His admittance of it is soft, easy, lyrics as cool and emotionless as always- the man affording her little knowledge that he himself had once been the metaphorical dog on the chain, that he knew perhaps, far better then any, as to just what she had seen. Her rage however, was quick to give way to pride at her assurance her pack was by far the most superior around, capable of taking down a bull elk, though as to whether the stallion found such a feat impressive remained to be seen, his lip twitching near imperceptibly though whether an act of mere amusement or some other emotion remained to be seen. He simply allows her to continue, the stallion seeking to find out just how close this pack was and in turn, how bonded she was to them, the man hard above pilfering from another pack if the mood should strike and yet the coyotes assurance that this Ceaser, this supposed Alpha, had only as much power over her as she allowed was...curious. Either the girl was merely spirited there was no true pack bond between them, at least, not in the sense they were forged between weres, the girl quite possibly merely living as pack without that formal bond. After all, if they hardly knew how to shift it was entirely possible they hardly knew how to create that bond either. One less thing for him to break. Her assurance she would hardly regret biting him met with the lift of a single eye.

"We will see."

She continued then mentioning this Ceasar once more and his evident destruction of the previous Alpha, such as that was hardly surprising, it was the way of many.

"Tell me then, are you still bound to this pack? Can he still summon you to his call?"

His head tilted ever so slightly, eyeing the woman curiously now before moving to stand once more, arms folding back across his chest.

"Are you interested in returning to your human form? I might be able to assist you if you are, of course, my help isn't free. I would need you to do something for me first."
