Sebastian EllingtonI need to feel you again, feel my lips on your skin
for one night I could be him, no, I could be better
Sebastian was well aware of how particularly feral that young child was capable of being, that rise of her lips to create that low growl was a reminded of just that. His own affinity was quick to grab a hold upon her, to create those natural pheromones of soothing and calmth and, in turn, to so utilize that bond between them to get the pair safely to their location. Thankfully, that presence of chemicals seemed enough to settle her to at least get through the hotel lobby and the numerous individuals that mulled about the grandeur of that space. It took a few minutes more than he cared for to get their rooms taken care of and, thankfully, soon enough, he was leading the girl into the elevator and away from those bodies of blood and life that he knew well she'd enjoy with particularly too much gusto. Still, even now, Sebastian found himself hardly relaxing in that small space with the child-like female. That tenseness still filled his frame as her fingers gripped onto his, and without a spoken word he led Anna-Marie through the labyrinth of the hotel floor and towards that large room he'd purchased for their own use.
It was only once that heavy door closed with a thud behind him that he found himself relaxing in the slightest, his body leaning momentarily against that door as he released his hold upon her both physically and magically. A yawn crossed his own lips as he slowly made his way into the room, his gaze immediately falling on that queen size bed. It paled in comparison to the luxurious bed he had a home, much less to the sight of Dorian in said bed and yet, for the moment, he was willing to take what he could get after that plane ride. His head bobbed ever so slightly as Anna Marie picked up her own piece of clothing, inquiring as to their plan for the evening. Thankfully, she hardly seemed inclined to argue with him on this, every bit as tired as he was thanks to their recent travels. A soft breath of relief left his lips as he watched her climb into her own bed without question and slowly, he made his way to his plush own mattress. His fingers slowly unbuttoned the shirt he wore, tossing it haphazardly onto the chair beside the bed before pulling off his jeans. The embrace of those sheets felt utterly breathtaking in that moment of exhaustion.
Sebastian's eyelashes fluttered close, the vampire wholly dead to the world in those sweet moments of utter bliss. His body was utterly exhausted and all too happily welcomed that oblivion. He hardly noticed at all when his Maker crawled between the sheets to nestle against his own figure though he had become perhaps as equally as used to the comfort of another body against his own just as much as Anna-Marie had. In fact, it wasn't until the sun had begun to settle across the horizon that his own gaze fluttered open. A small frown crossed his lips as he realized the girl at his side and yet, he hardly made an effort to move, at least, not immediately. For some moments he was content to simply watch her with a measure of inquisitiveness. She baffled him. His feelings for her baffled him. And all of that confusion only made him want to further avoid her then he already did. Still. He was here for a reason - to get answers and it was that he would do. Slowly, he slid out of the bed, careful not to jostle her too much as he moved towards the bathroom, entirely content to lock himself away within that luxurious room. He turned on the shower, content to let the steam fill much of the room and, too, to coax that heat he so relished. He stood beneath that warm cascade for perhaps longer then he should have allowed himself too but this, he was assured, would be the only glimpse of tranquility he had within the entirety of his trip.
It was some time later that Sebastian emerged, drying off and pulling a new pair of jeans onto his figure before his instincts so flared to life. His gaze immediately shifted towards the door as his head tilted to the side. Something felt...wrong. He hardly bothered to finish dressing before the vampire stepped out of that room, pausing only momentarily to find Anna-Marie staring with a certain measure of intensity at the door. He knew exactly what was going on. Slowly he crossed the room, stepping up to the young girl to place his hands on her shoulders. That charming simper crossed his features as he looked down at her, clearly intending to distract her from what she was door. "Good morning, Mon Petit." He commented softly, slowly turning her around to face him. "Are you ready for our evening?" He inquired, that ever pleasant glimpse still across his features. He was willing to lash out with his affinity if required but, for now, he hoped that the simple fact that he was her child, and too that 'beauty' she had found within him to kill him the first time, would be enough to distract her for the moment.
