Anacosta Heights

Situated above the daily life of the city, Anacosta Heights is a tucked away suburb featuring extravagant neo-gothic inspired mansions. The inhabitants of this neighborhood often show their overwhelming wealth with sports cars lining their long, circular driveways, large pools, and manicured gardens. The homeowners of Anacosta Heights treasure their privacy as seen by the high iron gates to the security personnel present at every entrance.

Dupont Circle

Dupont Circle is a small suburban neighborhood settled within the serene portion of the southern portion of town. These four-bedroom, single-family homes feature back yards, porches, garages, and far more breathing space then the Village offers. This neighborhood often is more family orientated and even has organized events for children and the neighborhood as a whole.

Hawethorn Village

Settled in the middle of downtown, Hawthorn Village consists of several victorian inspired row houses just off the main street. Due to it's convenience to just about everything, the village can be a tad expensive to live within. However, the residents of this neighborhood often have two to three-story townhouses, often with a one to two-car garage. Many of the houses feature bay windows and/or rooftop terraces with a small fenced-in 'yard'.

River Dale

River Dale primarily consists of apartments that, despite their age and industrial appearing interior, still hold to the Victorian history that permeates the town. These apartments are often the cheapest option and sport scuffed, older wooden floors, open floor plans, visible beams, and the occasional brick wall.

It wasn't as though Edie wasn't very frequently told of her beauty. Kato himself often found those words on his lips in the heat of their romps, and she was told so frequently at the clubs she visited as she danced up against other men who had their hands all over her. And Edie believed Kato, of course. She believed the other men, too. But there was something about the seductive purr that the vampire offered her as he slid that necklace around her neck that caused a shiver to run all the way down Edie's spine. And when his cool fingers touched the healing spot on her neck, Edie couldn't help the small gasp that came from her lips. It was almost enchanting, the touch to that still tender place drawing in that memory of them in the graveyard and how intimate the moment had been. "Damon," She whispered softly as the weight of the necklace fell around her neck, though she didn't finish her sentence as she was led towards the cashier, watching Damon work his magic on the poor saleswoman.

Edie felt almost bad for the woman and the way that she was so slack jawed and glassy eyed. She knew the woman would likely find herself in trouble over an event that she didn't remember, and yet still the girl found herself unable to care at all for what would happen to her. No, not when she had the attention of the beautiful vampire and the outfit that hugged her form so expertly. There was so much exposed skin, and for a single moment she considered what it would be like to have Kato's lips on that skin and perhaps, just maybe, she would have to wear this outfit around him to give him that opportunity. But Damon had a way of quickly drawing her attention away from her boyfriend and back to him, and Edie didn't particularly feel like protesting that at the moment.

"I don't think you need a spell to get my attention, though I won't deny that I'm curious about that affinity of yours," She grinned and pressed her body against him. Her mind wondered how it would feel to be under a spell by him. Would it feel nice? Better than what she was currently feeling? "Mmm, and you didn't need your power to feed from me. Just your sexy, sexy face." She reached up to twirl his hair around her fingers once more, grinning as his body seemed to react to her closeness. She certainly enjoyed the way his eyes grazed her. Her lips parted slightly as he touched them, her eyes flitting shut. "I'm glad I can please you," She purred at his words, enjoying the compliments that he offered her so readily. When he complimented her beauty, she opened her eyes, grinning wickedly. "So I've been told."

She moved then, wrapping her arm around his arm as she nodded towards the club, walking readily towards the building that was thrumming with people and lights. Her heart seemed to speed up at the idea of those pressed bodies all against her, especially with the knowledge that for tonight, she belonged to the vampire beside her. It was certainly abnormal for the girl to feel so much pleasure at merely being treated as a pretty prize, and yet Damon had certainly brought that out in her. "So tell me, darling, are you going to have to charm the bouncer, or will we be able to get in without your charm?" She grinned wickedly, that grin on her features so readily. She was ready for whatever adventure he was ready to take her on.
